All in all, I had a pretty good experience! Everyone was very friendly and helpful when sitting in the lobby filling out paperwork. My stylist that did my lash lift and tint was very nice and friendly as well! The only “complaint” I really would have is that I wish the rooms you are in are a little nicer and maybe a little bit more comfortable. But the employees are great! ????
I’ve been a loyal Amazing Lash customer for a few years. Lyz is the most efficient, friendly and professional volume lash artist! She does an extraordinary job with my barely there natural lashes! If you’re thinking about extensions… ask for Lyz!
I’d give 0 starts if I could. I reached out because my lash lift wasn’t even a lash lift they fell down with an unnoticeable curl wasted $86 and all they said was I need at least 3 sessions depending on my lashes I’m so disappointed they only offered a 50% off for my next visit and they said I could book a consultation and canceled it the next day saying they can’t do it only after 5/6 weeks which makes no sense cause the previous girl said we will see what we can do on your appointment. Do not go here it’s a waste of money I would still have to curl my lashes AFTER getting a lash lift.
I was a a client of Amazing lash studio for over a year, I have gotten multiple full sets and refill. My last service was so awful (I asked for a natural full set and left with so much eye lashes i could barely open my eyes) I had to come back to try and fix it, it was fixed by literally plucking out lashes out my eye lids. Because of the poor job I had to take a break from full sets to allow my eyelashes to grow back. I did not get any services since March of 2024, it is now August. I have been in and out of the country since then and haven’t been able to come in to cancel my membership. I finally got around to do it and when I requested to not get charged the last month as I basically did not use the credits on my account neither do I plan on using the credits (please keep in mind we are talking about 500/600$ of credit on my account) they refused to not charge me the 30 days notice. I fully understand the contract I signed, however the circumstances here is that I paid for months without getting any services (and that is my own fault for not cancelling sooner), but I am not asking for any type of refunds, only asking for the latest month to not get charged. I think this is honestly ridiculous, no matter what the contract says, a commercial gesture would have gone a long way to possibly keep me as a client and for me to even possibly come back as a client.
Anyway, please be careful who you book with, they have some great tech and some that literally will destroy your lashes!
I’ve been coming to amazing lashes for awhile and every time I leave my lashes look amazing. They use to give me complimentary lash baths which helps your natural lashes to stay healthy. Maybe because I’ve been a customer for awhile they forget to do that for me but other than that they have amazing lash stylists and they are all very nice and friendly.
The entire staff is so accommodating and are always friendly. I always feel welcomed when I go in and I’ve been going so long that they know me by name! I refuse to go anywhere else to get my lashes done.
The front desk staff are always so pleasant and helpful. My stylists are great and are really good at what they do. I always leave looking and feeling fabulous! Thank you.
It’s always great going there. They do an exceptional job. My lashes are always beautiful. I love it.
