A friend from NC referred me to Amazing Lash. I googled it and went to this one because it’s the closest. I was 25-30 mins late for my appointment due to reasons beyond my control therefore I was told to reschedule. I asked for the next available appointment and it wasn’t until Wednesday and I needed my lash done before Wednesday therefore I asked if they could please consider doing it for me. She said yes and I asked for the volume lashes. When she got done I looked at my lashes and asked if this is the classic and she said no it’s the volume. At this point I was so upset however I didn’t want to say anything because I was late for my appointment. I asked the lash tech if I could come back another time to fill them in and she said I will have to pay if I want a fill. The pictures below were taken 10 minutes after application. When I walked in, I greeted the receptionist and she did not greet, instead she said have a seat, I’ll let the tech know you’re here. While doing my lashes the tech cough over my head and did not say excuse me. Overall this was a horrible experience I should have canceled my appointment and did my regular cluster lashes. Not to mention I paid $174.99 for this. This is horrible customer service I will not be returning to this location or any Amazing Last locations!
Update: day 2 and half of the lashes came out. I followed all the instructions given! The last three photos are taken a day after.
Update: 7/2/2024 I just got back and heard the
message the manager left and was thinking about calling her back however I’m surprised over your response to my review. The lash tech did not mention anything about the fact that I was late, I couldn’t get the volume, she agreed to do the volume. If she knew she could only do classic during the time we had she should’ve been transparent. Are you also justifying because I was late I deserve the kind of customer service received?
I got a less than three week fill and my technician did a pretty good job but then I got to the front and she told me it was $135 and some change. I have never paid that much for lashes and I’ve been getting them for three years now. Most places would be around 60-90 for a fill so I was baffled. I would understand if maybe it was further out, but a (not even) three week fill should not be that much, with how full my eyes still were. I looked through the reviews after and I saw someone had the same exact problem I had. I also was not explained the price before booking which I feel like should’ve happened as the price was not the amount of time for a fill but just a set price. I understand the master stylist price but my appointment was changed over the phone and I was never given a price. I didn’t know anything about the member price and it was never explained to me. Then I asked her to explain the price to me which honestly didn’t even make sense. If I knew there weren’t different prices on the different amount of weeks I wouldn’t have gotten them done this early. Hopefully they stay on long enough to actually get my moneys worth because usually my retention is good. I asked for a receipt and I was NEVER emailed one. Overall my technician was good but absolutely this place overcharged for the fill I got. You guys also need to communicate that to the customer. Very disappointed. The first picture I have is two days before my appointment as you can see they are full. The next picture is right after my appointment and the following picture is 4 days after. So no I did not need a full set done or close to one and still got charged $135 like it says on my credit card!
I had a great experience at this location! Everyone here was very nice and it’s been a few weeks and my lashes have stayed on very well! I got mega volumes and only paid $100 because of the deal going on. I am supposed to get a refill in a few days and I may not even need it.
I am definitely coming back , Lily is super friendly, it’s been 3 weeks and none of my eyelashes have fallen , she does and amazing job ..
Customer Service all around is good especially the lady in the front end by the name Miranda. She goes all out to make you feel welcome...
I was on vacation from CA and feeling a little home sick.. to make me feel better, my cousin scheduled an appointment for lash extensions..
The receptionist was really nice, I guess she noticed I was a little nervous. She told me she had just moved out there from CA and I'm not sure why, but that totally put me at ease..
The place was clean and had a cozy feel to it. The best part? I LOVE MY NEW LASH EXTENSIONS!! I don't even look or feel like the same person..

Scheduled a brow tint and lamination a month in advance. Also confirmed it later. Tried to call 10+ times for two weeks prior to the appointment to move the appointment. I cancelled plans to make the appointment so I would not be charged, plus I travel 20 miles for these appointments. Showed up at the scheduled time. There was a notice on the door “CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.” They did not even bother to update their website, update Google hours, leave a message on their voicemail indicating they were closed, or do a courtesy call to clients who had pending appointments!!!
I regretted ever being referral by a friend to this place very disappointed a friend of my referral me, and I also referred a friend. Our experience was terrible. The lashes fell out three days after leaving the studio. I was also charged double the price I reach out to the store, receptionist and ask for a refund or receipt. It has been one month and three days, the So-co manager has not gotten back to me by phone or email or anything. She hasn’t done nothing but she’s busy lying and saying that she sent me an email and has refund
My money. I will not recommend Amazing lash of Maple Grove to anybody if you want to waste your money, go ahead and do it.
