I had eyelashes extension done on Sept 26, 2024. A day after the install, my lashes were literally falling off. I was out of town for an event . When I returned on Monday, I called the studio and was told I will have to pay again to get it filled. This was a service that cost me $170, and lasted less than 24 hours. I was asked to send an email to the regional manager, which I did, but never got a response. The service at this place is terrible! I will never return. This is the worse service I’ve encountered.
I have gone for a full set and a fill now, and I love my lashes. My tech was Gold and she has done an amazing job. At another place I had gone to, my lash extensions never lasted two weeks. Here, I still had some, they still looked good and natural, and I was able to do a fill. I definitely recommend this place, in my opinion it is worth the price for their expertise. Especially for something that is going to be close to something as important as your eyes, you want someone who knows what they are doing.
Disappointing Experience with Lash Service
I've been a customer for over five years, but I recently decided to stop visiting due to persistent issues with my lash services. Despite multiple complaints about my lashes not adhering properly—losing over half of them the very next day—the focus seemed to be more on gratuity and collecting fees than addressing my concerns. Even after paying $199 for a membership, the promised complimentary service was never provided. The lack of proactive solutions and failure to follow through on commitments has been disheartening. This experience was frustrating enough to drive me to another location, yet it did not resolve the underlying issues. I hope this feedback serves as a learning opportunity for the business to prioritize customer satisfaction and service quality in the future. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service, and neither will my family or friends continue their patronage.
I have been going to the Woodbury location for at least 3 years. I tried to put my membership on hold, and got charged because I didn’t renew the freeze in time.
Ok, did new paperwork and STILL got charged! I’m trying to use up packages but this way of working with clients is unacceptable.
Maddie has been my stylist. She is a gem and does fantastic work.
However being charged for something I THOUGHT I took care of, and follow your protocols is UNACCEPTABLE .
So clean! Love my lash tech and they do such a great job with refills. Membership is so worth it!!
Love my beautiful ???? long full lashes. Maddy my girl always does impeccable work when it comes to getting my fills. Not once have I ever had a bad experience or felt unsatisfied with the whole business and been going for a while. Front desk is very friendly and it always appears to be very clean. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.????
I love my lashes from Master Stylist Maddy Lodden. She listened to me and gave me a look that suits my lifestyle perfectly! The front desk person was very helpful and friendly too Overall really like this place.
Just don’t. It’s expensive to have your lashes done. Most of the time the lashes stay on and look great. Unfortunately that doesn’t always happen and they fall out and apparently you have 3 days to notify them or there is no recourse. They do not respond to emails and if you leave a message regarding a problem with your lashes they never respond. By the time you realize they aren’t going to respond it’s well past the 3 days available and you are just out of luck. To cancel your membership you have to email your request for cancellation to the same email address they do not respond to…… I have a fill left in my account but would have to pay an additional 40 dollars for a full set because my extensions are gone because they fell out within 7 days. It just isn’t worth the hassle. They can keep the 79.00 and I’ll go somewhere more reputable, you should to.
