This is an AMAZING spot to get your lashes done in Marina Del Rey. I’m visiting from NYC and was badly in need of a refill and decided to check this spot out.
It was super easy to make an appointment and the lady at the front desk was super welcoming :) the studio was clean and spacious and they really took their time with making sure I was comfortable.
The prices are super reasonable and I’m REALLY impressed with how they turned out. The lashes look super natural and have the perfect amount of curl.
Will 100% be back here next time in LA and already recommended it to a friend that lives in the area :)
Got a classic set last Tuesday for my birthday. In the first few days, several lashes would fall off my right eye each day, even though I followed the aftercare instructions. Now, 6 days later, there is a visible empty spot in the middle of my right eye where the lashes fell off. My left eye still looks great.
Additionally, when I called to book, I asked specifically about the deal for a $90 full set. The employee confirmed this deal, but when I went to pay after my appointment, they charged me $110 because the service was done by a "master stylist". I did not request a master stylist, and would not have minded the extra fee had I been informed when booking, instead of confirming the $90 deal only to spring on the extra charge after my service.
Other than that, customer service and lashes turned out well.
My lash tech KJ was amazing! The issue is that They have outdated business practices. I had Covid and was ill and they wouldn’t cancel my membership. I’m still required to come in and fill out there form. This is an attempt to make canceling difficult for customers so they can continue bill them. They say it’s “franchise policy .” It’s bad business and I’ll be going somewhere else because of this. I still intended to go as needed but not now.
Amazing work on my lashes . Hamida the owner is very nice and friendly. She adjusted me right away. I’m really satisfied with the services. Best in Culver City.
Lupe is very nice , kind, and patience with me. My lashes and brows are pretty. Hamida and Nazim own this place and they are super friendly. Of course, we will see Maria ‘s smile at front desk!
Saw Nicole, she wasn’t rude but not friendly. She used a commanding voice to say put your purse there lay down here etc. I was supposed to get a full lash application. I had had lashes in Sherman Oaks same company and they were great
My lashes started falling out the same day and this continued for about 10 days. I followed the instructions to not wet them for 24 hours as I did last time
My suspicion is that Nicole did not give me a full set although I was charged for it. The lashes falling out were those put in 5 weeks ago in Sherman Oaks
The receptionist was not helpful when I called to explain what had happened. She implied I was lying bc I was calling 10 days later. I’m a busy person. I have a membership so I wasn’t trying to get anything for free. I just wanted to explain my experience and that Nicole was the technician
I had such an amazing experience here at the amazing lash studio in Marina Del Rey. I would highly recommend this studio. I received phenomenal customer service by the staff. My lashes were done exceptionally well I couldn’t have asked for better.
Came here to do my brows. Awesome service, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was very happy with how it turned out, they did a very good job. Reasonable prices too :) will definitely return
