We stopped by while our car was charging and found the front desk unattended. After a five-minute wait, someone who seemed like a customer walked in, and it only became clear they worked there when they went to the back. The lack of greeting or acknowledgment was disappointing, and we ended up leaving. Improved customer service is clearly needed.
Arianna was so friendly and professional!!!! And although I was late she still helped me by taking me and STILL did a phenomenal job on my lashes!!!! My husband hates makeup and lashes but was impressed when I got home! Sleepy looking Mama no more! Thank you Arianna ❤️
Alyssa is great! Let’s you see as she goes to make sure you like look and is consistent - time after time her results are consistent. Not good on one visit and not so good the next time.
Capria was my stylist and I can’t wait to work with her again!! She was so sweet, kept me comfortable, was so easy to talk to, and did amazing work!! She did a lash lift and tint on me. She was so great, nothing bad to say!! I was even super late to my appointment and I felt so terrible! When I apologized to her she made me feel at ease and didn’t have a negative/upset attitude at all! I was worried because I didn’t know her that she would be angry that I was late (mainly because I hate being late)
I have been a client of Amazing Lash since they opened. Recently my Lash professional, Lasha, has exceeded even my most favorite “full sets”. She is patient, kind, and wants to show her expertise and perfectionism! I love it! My lashes are the fullest they could ever be. I have very short fine lashes, so it’s a challenge. I always ask for my appointment with her, but the Studio is great all around…the professionals and products too! I tip well to show my appreciation and they reciprocate in exceptional work.
If I could get them zero stars I would, because I did my eyelashes yesterday and today half of them fell off. Also while she was doing my eye lashes her hand smell disgusting and wasn’t cleaned well. As she finished, I asked for the manger, but she said she can’t let me talk to the manager. I wouldn’t recommend this place to you guys because it’s not clean and not good.
The lashes started falling the next day by the time of my event which was 3 days later I had so many gaps in them.
When I was checking out they wanted to charge me an extra 45 dollars that were not mentioned when I asked for the price the first time.
I’m a 40 year old woman who has no time for herself with three young children, one who’s disabled and one who has ADHD… I was a little apprehensive to get my eyelashes done but Shelby was friendly, courteous and extremely professional … she knew what she was doing gave great advice and worked very quickly even though things started a little late. I will definitely be coming back to see her and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their eyelashes done. She was fantastic and I’m excited about my next appointment with her. The results are beautiful and has cut the time of my morning routine down drastically.
