Justice is the BEST!! I absolutely love her. There are plenty of other studios around me, but I choose to drive the extra distance for her. She does a phenomenal job EVERY single time. If you’re thinking of getting your lashes done Please book with justice, you will not be disappointed!!
I absolutely highly recommend this salon everyone at front desk is so nice and welcoming like an open door. Kim,Daisy and Miramar are so sweet and caring they care about their clients. Justice and Kendra are nicest stylist. I adore them they are like family to there clients they will treat you with respect and they care about you as client
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have been getting the run around from Etta and the other assistant manager for the past few days!. I went in to get my fill and paid extra for a "Master" stylist. Once I was on my way home my eyes started to sting extremely bad were very sore! my lashes were literally hanging in my eyes!! By the night time my eyes were blood shot red! I then contacted Amazing Lash on Donald Ross in Palm Beach Gardens FL and they REFUSE to do anything to help me. One lady said they wouldn't refund me but will take my lashes off and re do my set but that of course did not happen and now Etta is acting as if it can’t be done. All I want at this point is my money back! I of course terminated my membership and I am hoping that goes through with no problem because I have seen plenty of reviews of them not canceling peoples services and them taking their money. After days and days of calling I still have not gotten this dealt with and the customer service is completely AWFUL at this location! They truly need to be shut down they have no remorse for their customers and they don't know how to talk to them either! I have pictures with time stamps for proof!. DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR LASHES DONE!!!!!!!!!!
Brittany does the prettiest lashes ever! You’ll get exactly what you ask for. I’ve been seeing her for a few months and the retention of her lashes has been amazing. She also makes you feel like she has your best interest in mind as she lets you know how to take care of your natural lashes to keep them healthy while wearing extensions. Go see her!
Do not spend your money here. I paused my account and they continued to charge me for 5 months. When I tried to speak to the manager she refused me a refund. I asked to speak to the owners and have called multiple times with no calls back. I am happy to pay money for services that I’ve used but if I pause my account and continue to charge me without my consent. Not okay. Horrible customer service. I will never go back.

I am a loyal client for several years in different states but Britany she is far the best consultant I worked with . Her touch on my lashes is unique and I cannot wait to see you again . It will be nice if all master stylists will learn from her how to deliver exceptional results : quality at high speed .
I came here by accident to get my lashes done and happened to sign up for the membership.. By the reviews posted...there must be a lot of turn over. I was trying to see the 2 ladies reviews that I have tried, Britney is 6 months new and hshe has a great Attitude and a very professional demeanor and she listens to what the client wants. But she's Not yet, they're as she doesn't go. For the full Eye. She has a little more to learn, but she is Way better than the master stylist. Which you have to pay extra money for!!! I was highly disappointed and in pain after the " 8 year master stylist" didn't listen to a word I said and ended up with a world of pain when she glued the lashes to my eye lid instead of the eyelash!!! Irritating the heck out of my eyes for 5 days straight..redness ,soreness , awful feeling!!! I don't recommend this salon for the simple fact that they just hire anyone....thats corporate for ya!! Britney should practice a little more and then go on her own...she is better than the master stylist...just not quick and she uses a mister at the end and then tells you NOT to get them wet for 2 days....???? They fell off too fast.
I had never gotten my lashes done before, but my tech lesley went above and beyond to make sure that i was comfortable and satisfied with my set!! she truly has a magical touch!! will definitely be returning to see lesley again!
