The worst place ever. Just find a lash lady you like and go to her own suite don’t even waste time getting a membership here it’s over priced for the quality you receive. I been a member for about more than three years and I have watched all my good lash techs leave here because of management. Quit my membership months ago and still get charged to this day I have went up there four times in the last two months and they keep telling me I don’t know why there still charging me even after I quit my membership so now I have to go down and get a new card with a new card number from my bank because I don’t trust the manager with my information like how am I still getting charged $120 every week when I quit my membership months ago and the manager doesn’t know what’s she’s doing and can’t fix anything. Don’t waste your time here.
Was given lashes not even close to the picture I provided to tech asked for a full volume lashes looked like a classic . I was happy to remove them and find a new place that can achieve my desired look but they said I had to pay them 140 and walk out with not a single lash on! I said redo them cause if ima pay 140 I better leave with some kind of lashes on . Then the tech was going to do me a new set and said she going to charge me double . After I left and agreed to a certain amount they charged my card again without permission when I left ! They robbed me if u want to get ur money robed this is the place to go . This place will get some law enforcement towards them soon
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Location!

I'm extremely disappointed with the service my niece received at this Amazing Lash location on May 30, 2024. The stylist, Danadia, failed to provide the expected service, leaving my niece upset and disappointed. What's even more concerning is the unprofessional behavior from the staff and management.
Despite my positive experiences with Amazing Lash in general, this location falls far short. The management, specifically Michael, seems inaccessible, only accepting emails despite the receptionist being able to reach him by phone. This lack of accountability and poor communication is unacceptable.
If I could give a rating lower than 1 star, I would. I strongly advise against visiting this location. The subpar service and unprofessional staff make it a place to avoid.
I went in Saturday and got my lashes done and was completely unsatisfied! However, the manager “G” was very understanding and resolved my issue immediately. JASMINE IS AMAZING!! I absolutely LOVE my lashes now.. Don’t y’all try to steal her from me cuz I need to her to be available when I need her lol
The 1 star is for customer service! I can’t rate the work due to nobody being in the lobby for over 25 mins. I got there with 40 minutes till closing and waited for 25 minutes in that lobby just saying “Hello”.. the worst part is I kept calling and I heard an employee or employees just forward my calls in the back room. I did call about 5-6 times while I was in the lobby and every time It rang 2-3 times then forward. I get not wanting to work with like 10 minutes to go or something but I literally got there with 40 minutes to spare. I wish I could give 0 stars, just so disappointed that I wasted my time and gas money just to be ignored and never attended to. I sure hope management takes appropriate action immediately. And I sure do pray that this only happened to me and no one else!
For the last few days no one is there to answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail!! Not good business!
I gave two stars because the customer service from the front desk girl, whatever her name was was horrible! I show up today to find out after my lashes are done that I 1st didn’t have any credits which I go to show her that I have a text saying I have credits available then to find out I don’t have my membership anymore! she tried to tell me my membership didn’t transfer over from another location when in actuality I signed up at the current location and i was charged the membership fee for a couple months but she claimed on her end that she didn’t see anything, no credits or membership she even claimed she didn’t see any of my past appointments! after naming off the stylists I’ve seen to prove I’ve been coming there for more than one fill. For a membership to be cancelled the customer would have to call and specifically ask to cancel which I didn’t do she really didn’t provide a solution other than she’ll put me on a customer service list. very weird and unprofessional I will not be going back.
My lash tech Sequoia is the BEST! She understands my style and always makes sure to give me exactly what I want. My eyelashes are always even and gorgeous. I give Sequoia 5 stars!!!! However, the main issue is the front desk and manager. I have had a membership here for almost a year now and let me say if it wasn’t for my lash tech I would not go here anymore. This business is completely unorganized. They do not book enough time for appointments!!!! Per their website a lash refill can take 45min-1 1/2 hours. Well, that causes my lash tech to run behind when they don’t book her enough time she does pay attention to details. I told the front desk and manager my last visit that if she’s behind to call me. Today, I went in and the manager(G) comes to tell my tech running behind and she’s sorry. That my tech has “developed a bad habit of being late.” That is so unprofessional. I have used her since May and she’s only been late twice(my 2 recent visits.)They would have more business if they weren’t in such a rush for appointments and booked the proper time. The communication is not where it needs to be, call me if it’s behind.
