I got extensions done at the Draper location for my upcoming wedding and while the stylist was nice and the lashes turned out beautiful, I began having a bad reaction. The Draper location handled it very poorly in my opinion and were inconsistent and not prompt with communication when I needed to have them removed. I was able to get in to see Brielle and this location and she was so kind, she made sure I was comfortable during the removal process. She completely turned my experience around. While I am not sure I’ll get extensions again, I left in tears because she handled it with care and made me feel like more than just a dollar sign.
I have been there a couple of times now, and even signed up for the monthly membership. In this process of being new to having lash extensions, I have discovered that I have a sensitivity to the glue that was being used. Between that and my contact lenses, its made for a rough transition to having lashes. Anyhow, Amazing Lash has been great at working with me and resolving their issues, and now that they are figured out, I will keep going. They have truly gone above and beyond in helping me and I LOVE having lashes! Definitely worth it despite these issues, that were not their fault, but they have bent over backwards to work with me anyhow.
I have been to a few different Amazing Lash locations and the South Jordan location is my favorite. I initially only got my lashes done for my wedding, but couldn’t stop getting them done after. I’ve liked the stylists I’ve had at this particular location. But especially Tavia and Oscar. They are so thorough, kind and I leave feeling so confident. I love their work! :)
I have gotten lashes before not too dramatic like the ones I have received today. I was told that I would be at the intro offer of 89.99 I wasn’t told that I would have to pay an extra $30 for a “master stylist” I even showed the girl a inspo pic of what i wanted. I showed her something simple and not full at all. I ended up getting something totally different. They charged an extra $45 for volume lashes which i did not ask for! They are so full and make my eyes look dark. I 100% would not go there ever again ????♀️
I am very disappointed in this service. I went to them the first time last Wednesday, and they looked perfect! Within two days they were all falling off. When I called Monday to explain my frustration, I had no extensions. They were really nice about it and offered to touch it up for no cost. Well I went in today, the technician was nice but didn’t do a full extension. She said she didn’t have enough time to do a full set since the appointment was only an hour and it takes her about 2 hours to do a full set. I didn’t noticed how bare it was until I got to my car. I am in tears that I have wasted so much of my time at this company.
Oscar is great! The rest of the staff not so much. Been going there for years.. ownership has changed, staff has changed and well their service not so wonderful. Today charged full price for a full days can’t pull payment early, your on old pricing , well we don’t value as a customer and inflation Has increased our prices so that’s full price today. Nothing we can do . Requested blanket didn’t bring. Was on the phone after and left he standing there while finished her conversation and no eye contacted at all.
Just don’t! Do yourself a favor and run from this place. Terrible experience. They keep minimizing the time they spend doing your lashes to be able to have more clientele and they only hire inexperienced girls and the pics below is how they leave you. That’s a volume from this place LOL they are complete joke! Even the receptionists are rude as hell. Don’t let them steal your money!
This place used to be good when it was under the previous owners. New owners suck!
Tavia is the best lash stylist in the business! I have full but natural looking lashes. They are perfect!
