I had been looking for a good lash studio for a while now and Kiara did not disappoint!! I always leave extremely satisfied, with my lashes done exactly how I want them! Every time I go in there she does a great job as well as being super nice! 10/10 :)
I honestly don't know what to say. I have mixed feelings about the place.
The receptionist was nice.
The person who did my lashes was a master level. I had explained to her what I wanted. However, the results were not what I had asked for.
I asked her nicely to fix it, and she had an attitude and became defensive.
The manager heard me talking to the receptionist, as I was expressing my disappointment. Of course, the receptionist wasn't happy that I didn't like my lashes.
The manager offered that I wait to be seen by another person and do a "20 min" adjustment or correction.
I agreed to wait as I really hate my lashes.
The new girl was much nicer, took her time, and asked me what I wanted. She tried her best to fix it. The end result wasn't what I wanted and not the style I asked for when i first went there. However, I appreciated that they tried to fix it.
I personally wouldn't go back there. I hate my lashes, and the left eye is hurting so much as one of the lashes poked my eye eye when the first girl was working on it.
This place is a NO for me. Compared to other places I went to in the past, this is at the bottom of my list.
Unfortunately, the lash lift and tint service I received by Chelsea resulted in uneven curls. One eye looked like it had some mascara on.
I expressed my dissatisfaction, I spoke to Ella from the front desk who stated I may be able to get another appointment. I returned to the studio within 30 minutes of the initial appointment and as I was speaking to Ella, Chelsea came out and purposefully avoided eye contact with me.
Ella offered a second session complimentary in 2 weeks, but I’d have to pay for the tint. I said no and requested a refund, but was declined.
As a result, I had to spend additional money and time on another appointment to correct what should have been done right the first time. This mirrors the negative response others have described in their reviews.
Loved getting my lashes done here! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Lindsay at the front desk answered all of my questions and helped me with pricing. Kiara did my lashes and did a great job and answered all of my questions and concerns. She also helped me choose what type of lashes would best suit my eye shape. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend this place!
I went in to get a lash lift and tint. I mentioned to the tech that worked on my lashes that this was my first time doing this. I was told to lay on the table and was followed with NO explanation and silence my whole session. No indication as to what to expect or a walk through. The results, mediocre barely any curl and when I addressed it, I was told my 2nd session should hold better. Kind of brushing me off, why would I even come back!?
What a waste of time and money.
**REVIEW UPDATE**
After my initial review, I received a call to remedy the situation (at no extra cost).
I was scheduled to come back in a month to not over process my lashes. I was skeptical to say the least, but figured I'd give it a second try since I appreciated the follow-up.
Let me tell you!! Night and day!! I met with Chelsea and she was thorough and explained everything, managed expectations and did a PHENOMENAL job! No sting or eye irritation like the first time with beautiful results! If you can book with Chelsea!!
Kiara is amazing ! I left the studio with my lashing looking fabulous and fall ! I was in for a refill , but my lashes had really held up from the two weeks before nicely.
Extremely Disappointed with Amazing Lash Experience
I recently visited Amazing Lash, and as someone who has been a member for over two years at different locations, I am incredibly disappointed with the way I was treated and the results I received.
Firstly, I specifically requested a 3D mega volume set, as that is what I had previously received at the Amazing Lash in St. Louis, which I absolutely loved. However, the set I received at this location was nowhere near what I expected. The lashes were not as full or voluminous as I had hoped for. It was a far cry from the quality and expertise I had experienced before.
Furthermore, the treatment I received from my stylist was subpar. They seemed disinterested through the process. I felt like I was just another customer on an assembly line, rather than a valued member. The lack of attention to detail and care was evident throughout the entire appointment.
To say that I am shocked and disappointed that this experience was associated with Amazing Lash is an understatement. I had come to expect a high level of professionalism and exceptional results from this brand, based on my previous experiences.
I hope that Amazing Lash takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving the quality of service at this particular location. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to see such a decline in the level of service and expertise. I sincerely hope that my next visit to an Amazing Lash location will restore my faith in the brand.
Overall, my experience at this specific Amazing Lash location was far from amazing. I would caution others who are considering this location for lash services, as it did not meet my expectations in any way.
This was my first time visiting Amazing Lash Studio, and it was a great experience. The front receptionist was kind and very helpful. The salon is very clean. Kiara was my lash tech and she made me feel very comfortable. She asks a lot of questions to make sure I got what I wanted and took her time. I absolutely love my lashes. And, will be back.
