Holcomb Rushes you, doesn’t pay much attention, shows no concern or compassion , very arrogant.did get me scheduled for further testing. Hopefully next trip will be better. I Miss Ashley she was great! Our nurse was very friendly. I feel like some medical professionals have forgotten common courtesy and that they work for the patients.
Dr. Underwood is wonderful. She listens to my questions and concerns and provides answers that I can easily understand. And the entire staff at Amarillo Urology Associates are always kind and helpful. I highly recommend these folks.
We were very pleased with Matt… he was so understanding and thoughtful when working with my 90 year old father… we also appreciated his nurses.. they were so considerate and understanding…. We also appreciated the time he spent answering our many questions … our dad really likes him… that means alot

Dr. Gaines is professional, compassionate, thorough, and listened to all my concerns and questions. Because she specializes, there is a wait time for the initial visit, but oh so worth the wait.

Checking in can take a few minutes but after that, it’s all good. Good staff and professional. Dr. Underwood is very caring and has a very good bedside manner. I’m very happy with going to her as well as the others in the office. I recommend this facility highly.
