My friend went to get checked cause she has flu like symptoms and just had the flu 2weeks ago! Pa was very rude and disrespectful constantly throwing in shady remarks towards my friend who said she had seen her prior and she was still very rude ! Even with a clearly very inflamed throat she said it didn’t look irritated at all and completely dismissed my friend’s concerns!
Took my 9 month old daughter in for a terrible cough, runny nose, and congestion. Waited over an hour to be seen. Was in the room for less than five minutes to be told she had a double ear infection and that was it. No other test were done and we were prescribed an antibiotic. The next evening my daughter had complications breathing so we rushed her to the ER to find out she had RSV and NO ear infections.
Caroline FNP is always professional, great bedside manner, kept my daughter calm as she got an IM injection that was needed. Staff is friendly and greets you with a smile.
We came in because my husband had bruised his ankle, possible broken toe, laid the nail open and he was having problems hearing. PHA Carly and her helper, Heather, were absolutely awesome. They were very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable . They fixed him right up. I would definitely recommend the Amarillo Urgent Care on Colter St to anyone. They made our visit enjoyable.
We got well taken care of. Two of my kids got sick with some viral stuff. Their testing is quick and you will find out the result right there. The staff was friendly. The only criticism is that the place is slow. We had to wait a while even though we were the only patients in the clinic.
The staff is always very rude. The wait is always very long even if you’re the only one in the waiting room. Highly do not recommend coming to this location.
We got turned away 20 min before they closed with my daughter having 103 fever, I asked to speak with someone in charge or a pa or a doctor and told there was no one for me to speak with. I get it they were ready to leave but they should close at the min they stop taking patients. Terrible
We are traveling from nm to nc and had to stop here to have our baby checked. We waited for more than an hour to be checked in but there were people who came in after us catered first. The staff that checked our baby was helpful. Staff were moving and assisting patients slow. Total of waiting and got checked 3hrs. We never got our prescription, they did not even know what pharmacy they sent our prescription. My son has suffered throughout our trip. Please improve your services.
