If you saw this place on social media and wanted to know if it’s worth the hype, it absolutely is.
While the Fat Baby’s are definitely in the category of “stunt food,” they overcome that by actually being quite tasty. I got The Fuhgeddaboudit and while it’s definitely overstuffed, every aspect was done right. The pizza dough cone was soft and properly coated in garlic. The chicken wings were surprisingly delicious, expertly crisp, and the Italian sausage had a great flavor with some kick to it. But what pulled it all together was the cheese sauce. It’s super thick, creamy and decadent and literally coats every delicious bite.
The service is also great, the waitress was incredibly friendly. And I don’t know if I lucked out on my visit, but they were playing only 80s music, so the vibes were fantastic.
In the end, A Mano’s is definitely the place to hit if you are in the greater Las Vegas area.
First off, get a reservation! We came randomly a Saturday night and they have very few table (about 10), so our party of 6 had to come back the next day. A good sign, though!
Found these loaded Fat Boys of a pizza cone filled with pasta on Tiktok and marked it AGES ago. I was worried it would be 'STUNT FOOD', let me tell you it is NOT. I mean it looks like it, but man is the quality there to the max. We took 4 others with us who LIVE here and have NEVER been - They agreed it was top notch.
Some of the BEST Calamari I've had, so tender and a unique sauce. The wings were great, the pizza was great, the lasagna was insane, the meatball sub toasty and huge.
The winner was my order - I not only got their specialty loaded bread Fat Boys - I got it upgraded to be pizza. To top that off, I picked their most loaded pasta - the 'Fagetaboutit'. It was SERIOUSLY loaded but so good with every bite.
When I stumbled across Amano's IG I knew we had to give it a shot. Since we were in town for the SEMA show, now was the perfect time. It was about a 30 minute drive from the convention center but absolutely worth the drive. All three of us started with garlic knots which were aaaaamazing. We knew right then, this was going to be epic. All three of us went for the Fat Baby's and they did not disappoint. My only regret is that I couldn't finish mine. I wanted to, but knew if I did we'd be calling 911. Overall the service and food was excellent. Even the ice tea was delicious. We will not hesitate to come back again. Highly recommended.

The food was delish! The only reason I gave a 4 for food is because the chicken in the Alfredo could had some seasoning.
We had the Big Texas Fatboy, Chicken Alfredo Fatboy, calzone Balls, and garlic knots. I recommend it all. Definitely must tries will be the Big Texas Fatboy and the calzone balls. The size of the Fatboy is outrageous. 2 people can eat off 1.
Definitely make a reservation. Do not make that mistake of not you may be disappointed.
I saw this place on IG reels and had to to try it. My husband who has Celiac was not excited to watch us eat fat babies but was pleasantly impressed with the gluten free pizza. He said it was one of the better crusts he’s had. I had the fettuccine Alfredo fat baby, daughters had the lasagna fat baby and the Texas fat baby. We all shared and they were all amazing! We also had the lemon cheesecake and the rosemary lemonade. Everything exceeded our expectations. We had reservations on the way out of town after a weekend in Vegas. Worth the trek off the strip. Bridget was an excellent server who was very friendly and attentive. I thought about those leftovers the whole drive home and ate them for dinner that night. ???? We will definitely be back!
OMG! The food is absolutely amazing and HUGE. You will definitely have leftovers if you don't share. The dining room is small, so I would suggest making a reservation. I will be going back every time I visit Las Vegas.
The hype does not live up to the reality of this place. Usually it's the other way around. Sincerely, Jayme and the rest of the staff were phenomenal. The food was fresh, the sausage and sauces brought me back to New York's Little Italy. Hands down, phenomenal food!
