I can’t imagine going anywhere else after this incredible experience with such a remarkable team of professionals. The level of care I received was truly exceptional; the medical staff was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly quick in diagnosing and treating my needs. I appreciated their flexibility with my co-pay situation—they prioritized getting me in for treatment over immediate payment of my co-pay. They even offered to bill me so I could take care of it later. This approach truly made a difference and showed how much they genuinely care about their patients.
Walked in without an appointment for my son. Aries at the front desk, was welcoming and accommodating. He explained the easy check in process. We were seen right away. Roberto, the assistant, was very friendly and listened attentively to my sons concerns. Dr. Mona was prompt, efficient, friendly, caring and informative. Did not feel rushed at all. She answered all of our questions and prescriptions were called in immediately. Highly recommend.

excellent visit. Local urgent care. Simple and easy to get an appointment. I did not have to wait a long time. This staff was personable and helpful. Unexplained what needed to be done. I felt the exam was thorough and care. Excellent. The nurse practitioner was thorough and explained everything to me. I will definitely go back to this urgent care if the need arises.
My son needed a sports physical for school, and as always, everything was done with ease. I've taken all my kids there at different times, and they are the best. The facility is very clean, everyone is helpful and polite, and the wait times are usually short. Even when it's busy, the doctor is very fast and efficient. I would highly recommend.
I did the online appointment. Easy to fill in and add insurance cards x2 and upload your ID and i was existing patient. I still had to wait for the walk ins . Got called 15 min after. I was there for chest pain and they took vitals. Bp was elevated. Took 50 minutes for dr to come in. We spoke about my situation. He was attentive and concerned. Ordered EKG. That was done timely. Dr returned with results timely. Turned out I had ”perfect” test.
Muscle strain. I’m 60 and heading for a TKR in the new year. His diagnosis put me at ease , and my BP back to normal.
I had a bad cough for a week. My primary doctor issued cold syrup but it didn’t seem to help. The staff at am/pm urgent care Bergenfield are so helpful and professional. The sign in process was very easy and the wait time was not long at all. The physician was thorough and proactive. I felt better the next day because of the prescribed treatment. I highly recommend coming here when needed.
I have visited AM/PM many times and have never had a bad experience until yesterday. I was only going for a TB Test. I arrived at 3:05 for a 3:15 appointment and after checking in, I waited for over an hour and a half before being called, and then waited for antother hour to be seen by a nurse who was unable to draw blood after being stuck 4 times. Even more angering was that I was told that the phlebotomist was there and left at 4. I could have been in and out. I jad to return to day to fet my blood drawn and thebprocess took 15 minutes. They have to organize the way they prioritize seeing patients a little better.
