AM/PM Cliffside Park Urgent Care was absolutely fantastic!! We had a complicated situation due to elderly parent and the staff was so attentive and compassionate. I had to call multiple times ahead of the visit and they were so polite and helpful. The Doctor Michelle was also amazing. Explaining everything to us with such a high standard of care. The team went above and beyond to help us get results immediately and pointed us in the right direction of where we can access a pharmacy that late at night. I can’t stress it enough, they were all terrific and we would not hesitate to go back again. Even the follow up phone calls were great, we didn’t have to chase anything down. They made a challenging situation so much better. Thank you to Dr Michelle and the team for all you do!!
Went here after my mom had a bad fall. It was very close to my home and when I called to ask if they take her insurance, the staff member was very understanding and sympathetic even on the phone. The wait time was at minimal, less than 30 minutes. At the office every single staff member, from the staff at the front desk, nurse, doctor, everyone, was extremely kind, efficient.
I would absolutely recommend this urgent care. Thank you for your kind and wonderful services.
Everything was fine, and I went in in a timely manner. I was taken care of, and everybody was professional and courteous. Unfortunately, there was some type of misunderstanding because when my visit was over, no one told me I could go. I sat in the room for an additional 20 minutes for no reason. In fact, it seems like some of the employees didn’t even know that I was in there until I finally came out and asked what was going on.
We were Canadians on a trip to us. My son had a blood shot and painful eye. Went to the walk in. The experience was pleasant. Care provider was pleasant. The diagnosis was inaccurate. Care provider did recommend we see an optometrist . We did in the US, and their diagnosis was inaccurate too. Upon our return 2 days after My Canadian optometrist diagnosed it properly. We were told it was a scratch on the eye by both US care providers. Canadian optometrist said there was no scratch. It was actually a serious condition called UVeitis.
It's a love and hate relationship. I hate going there cus obviously I'm sick but I love how I go in and out. I barely wait, place isnalways clean, and the doctor she is always so nice to me and my family. I have no complaints. Recommend 10000%
I sprained my ankle and went to Cliffside Park Urgent Care. They were very kind, caring and attentive. They came immediately when I asked for additional assistance. I can highly recommend them.
Incorrect Medication Treatment
“I deeply regret coming to your facility. On Sunday afternoon, I visited with severe symptoms of nausea, vomiting, and fever. I was given two different medications, received an shot, and was quickly sent on my way. Three days passed, yet I still felt fatigued, and my nausea persisted.
After 3 day ( Wednesday) consulted another doctor, who was shocked when they saw the medications prescribed to me – it was a for VERTIGO. I am 28 years old, and without reason, I was made to take vertigo medication for three days, all while my vomiting continued. The new doctor even asked me what kind of shot I had received, but I don’t even know myself.
Additionally, I believe that I was rushed through my consultation because it was time for the doctor to change shifts. You prescribed vertigo medication for a patient whose actual problem was excess stomach acid. I am filing a formal complaint against you.”
I had one of the best experiences in this urgent care. All the staff were professional but so nice and considerate. I booked an appointment before going in so I didn't wait too long.
