Awesome pizza and fries. Definitely recommend stopping by here for the yummy food. I give the pizza a 7/10 on my perfect pizza scale. Yum
Alyssa is delicious we live in Giles County so it's not often we go, but we have never ate there that it wasn't delicious EVERYTHING IS JUST SUPERB
I placed a delivery order and received cold food. The manager Dana had no interest in compensating for my past experience and was more interested in discrediting my story. Very rude and confrontational. they weren’t able to look up my order and verify that I placed the order a couple of weeks back. Even when I mentioned that I took a picture of the food the response was ;
“Hunny I can’t just take everyone’s word for everything”
If she listened to what I was saying I took a picture of the food and could prove it that I had in fact ordered the food, and received it cold.
I should have heeded the negative warnings from friends and stayed away. The food was OK, a bit pricey but convenient. But the service I received from the manager Dana ensures I won’t be spending any further money here. After speaking with the management, it doesn’t surprise me my food came cold. I did call at 830pm, close to closing(10pm) Perhaps that’s why.
Eating here is hit or miss for something like 18 years, since it opened. You will get a lot of food for a reasonable price here, usually. But, it's definitely quantity over quality. The pizza is atrocious and always has been. It falls apart when you pick it up and has no sauce. It won't fold and pretty much needs to be eaten with utensils. I don't think the oven gets hot enough to cook pizza properly. Also, the dough is definitely never fresh and doesn't really rise. Anything Italian on the menu isn't that great. Most people either like this place or hate it. I will give it a fair review though. I've found that the cheese steak subs are usually good. The service is fairly quick except for delivery. Their delivery service has always been poor. There is always a help wanted sign in the window. I have tried most everything on the menu and will only get a burger or a hot sub. You have to ask for napkins and if you desire more than two packets of institutional grade ketchup you'll need to ask. They always put the ketchup in the Styrofoam container with the fries and it's really hot when you go to use it. The deserts are good but not made in house. Today I got a cheeseteak and fries. The onions and banana pepper rings hadn't even touched the grill. The parking lot is small and awkward to park/maneuver in. I've hoped for a better establishment but gave up a decade ago. The place isn't exactly horrid but it's not that good either. If you read the reviews most of the 5 stars are generic and brief whereas the lower scores articulate some problem with the restaurant that was usually irreconcilable with management. I'll still eat here. I just try to avoid it.
If you haven’t tried here yet you’re truly missing out! Everything I’ve ever ordered from here has been amazing!! Very fast to get food prepared & served! Order is correct & right on point every time! Great & friendly staff who go over & beyond as well! I highly recommend Aly’s restaurant!
The best part about being in the road is finding unique restaurants you just can’t get enough of. The food was delicious, plentiful and the staff top notch!
Good food. Small friendly family owned local resteraunt. Meat lovers pizza is great, cheese steak and hamburgers are wonderful. Pasta dish portions are huge so share an entre or have lunch next day. Fried green beans are great and not every resteraunt has them. Clam strips and fries yummy too.
