Staff was polite, however I literally was in this room less than a hour. Yes I stated I needed some space!!! But right after falling asleep I started to get bit! My key card didn't work so yes I called and the staff came to let me in. I called her once I made it home and didn't realize I was literally there 1 hour. My call log ⬇️⬇️⬇️ I was so itchy I literally left with no clothes afraid to take anything home, told staff I would bring remote back by check out.
Rooms aren't that great. Literally got banned because I was driving 19MPH in the parking lot, which happened to startle the manager or whoever because she wasn't paying attention to her surroundings (i.e. on her phone) and threw a complete fit over it. Nobody was in danger; completely unprofessional way to approach someone in that situation. ????
No problem with any of the other people staying there, no bed bugs in our room anyway... But they DEFINITELY have roaches, the carpets are nasty, and the beds look like they belong in the garbage.
They have roaches (Bad) Their towels was very nasty, Had one with bloody stains and bloody boogers, they had one that look like they use it for rags. Had to go spend money on my own towels to shower.
Staying here really depends on the room. I had a room that had more roaches than a roach motel. I changed rooms the new room I have now I've been in for a week absolutely no roaches at all and the room is bigger and nicer than the previous one. Love the staff they are really sweet.
Avoid if possible. Especially room 210 ... Manager is not into customer service.
Opened the door to mold and mildew smell. Dirt on floor in bathroom and in front of counter. Our shower only has extremely hot water and there are burn marks on tub. The carpet was wet and the flooring is flimsy. One of the beds has a big dip in it. Our room had roaches, dead and alive. The drawers weren't cleaned out and one drawer missing. It's cheap and weekly rate but don't recommend.
They have no customer service skills at all very rude and disrespectful staff the young black girl that wear the bonnet every day lives there and ran outside naked.. It was the worst site ever she scared everyone talking about she was on drugs that’s what she said the rooms are so bad especially for the price.. and they some haters real talk do not go there not unless it’s your last resort!!!! Horrible place !! Terrible Place!!
