I like that they got me to a room right away. They told me they had an emergent patient which is understandable but I did feel that I had been forgotten in the room. I was in a room with noticeable odor. They had the fire dept backboards stored on the wall so it smelled like dirty socks in the room. I had a fracture so I left with an air splint and crutches in 2 hours and 15 minutes.
On 10-24-24, I went to Altus for treatment due to a severe upper respiratory infection. I was checked in quickly and in an exam room in no time. Very professional and polite staff. In a very short time Dr. Kenneth Jones came in to examine me and started a treatment plan. I had previously been to another medical facility two separate times trying to get relief and was not better. After Dr. Jones fully questioned and listened to my symptoms along with the exam he was able to get me feeling better and much improvement in my condition. I was out quickly with no delays. Can’t say enough about the friendly staff and the thoroughness of Dr. Jones. Definitely would recommend this facility and thank you to the Altus staff.

I cannot possibly speak highly enough of the service I received from Altus Lumberton on 9/13 after dislocating my shoulder. The amount of time the staff attended my every need was akin to lightning speed. So professional, so comforting, and helpful. My doctor, Eric G, my nurses Tyler and Ryan, all receive gold stars from me. I will never ever go anywhere else but Altus! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!
I'm giving Altus a 5 star rating. All of the staff were caring, helpful, attentive and kind. Dr. Jones was very nice. He took the time to listen to all my questions and gave me understandable answers.
All in all I definitely would recommend Altus.
Excellent care and Tyler was really amazing. He did my IV for my CT with contrast.... And never hurt me. He has the best personality. Everyone here is pretty AMAZING.
Went in on Thanksgiving morning with heavy congestion, deep cough and short of breath. The wait time was about 15 to 30 minutes. Front dress staff super nice. I saw Eric Godeaux, NP. He was so nice, explained everything that was going on with my condition and the medicine he was prescribing. The nurse was very nice and his name was Harold. Tony was the Radiology Tech. Everyone I saw was great. If Eric Godeaux has an office that he practiced out of, I would be the 1st in line as a patient. Super clean.
Eric Godeaux, NP & RN Tyler did a wonderful job stitching up our 4 yr old boy! They were so patient and kind with him. Very grateful for their care!
Dr Eric Godeaux NP and Nurse Kayla was so sweet even the ladies at the front office was so sweet it helps so much you go in feeling really bad and your treated with such sweet staff but again I have been here several times and I have always got the best care with all of the staff never had a bad review to give god bless y’all all and thank you all so much
