Dr. Khatri’s bedside manner, kindness and prompt attention helped me so much during my visit. And the nurses, Heather and Leslie were attentive, quick, professional and kind. They all 3 made a great team. The staff here are all great. The establishment is clean, Jeannie at the front desk was helpful and led me straight to the back. I didn’t even have to wait one minute before being led to the back. Thank you all so much for helping me in a very scary time.
I took my husband here on Friday, August 16 after he was experiencing some neck and shoulder pain. He was in excruciating pain. They took us right back to a waiting room. Dr came right in all the nurses the doctor. Everyone was so kind and took very good care of him I would recommend this place, they really do care about their patient
Usually I’d give this place a high rating. I went on the first (11/01/2024) or (11/02/2024) I believe. They Said I MAY have food poisoning. Failed to tell me my liver enzymes were through the roof. Failed to notice I fell and my bf had to pick me up. I went to St Luke’s in LJ and was transported to Houston due to my liver and symptoms. I went home and was throwing up blood.. Also a nurse saying “ I have all the drugs in the world to help you” , ya sorry as an RN if that’s what this gentleman was, could’ve used better word choices.
This entire trip has been a joke. The nurse wanted to know why we didn’t clean up the wound before coming here ( not that she had to do it ) and then the doctor says he’s doing one treatment and then comes back to say that he took part of the original treatment away so that we can afford it, assuming I guess that we were to broke. I couldn’t recommend this place any less.
This was a terrible experience all the way. I had the flu but was getting worse instead of better and I had bad ear pain on a Saturday. I was eventually diagnosed with a bacterial ear infection, but the physician at Altus didn't detect it, nor try to address it. My flu had become bronchitis and I couldn't sleep at night for coughing. He recommended an OTC medication that reduced the cough but kept me awake all night - I was worse after following his recommendations. Charged $200 co-pay and then billed another $60 physician fee later. I had to go to a different doctor (a credible doctor) after the weekend was over.

RUDE RECEPTIONIST , RUDE STAFF , RUDE DR!!
Even when they had zero patients in the waiting room! DO NOT GO HERE !! I repeat, do NOT VISIT or SUPPORT this place! They will charge you thousands of dollars to check your vital signs and send you home with no advice. Do not expect kindness or help if you choose to go to this facility. RUN and go to a real hospital ! Very unprofessional !!
Vikki, and Justin were great. On the other hand Dr Hussain was awful! He was extremely rude. Lectured me, wouldn’t let me speak. Couldn’t care less. He started off rude, and continued it the whole time. He needs to retire. I walked in with a problem and walked out “pissed off.” I also feel if I have no co pay asking for a “good faith “ payment is wrong.
If i could give zero stars i would….. I brought my daughter in for constant severe abdominal pain that has been ongoing from 5pm-3am. We walked in and the young girl at the front desk seemed to have been asleep, barely awake talking to us, yawning and IN FUZZY HOUSE SOCKS. The Dr walks in and starts off with a question “does this happen every time?” I’m like, I’m sorry every time what? He also is wiping his eyes and standing with his hands in his pockets. There was no physical exam done, he pressed on my daughter’s tummy a few times and that was it! I had to ask for testing to be done because they wanted to just relate everything to her menstrual cycle, when this happens at other times too! No bloodwork was offered either, just a pain shot. I guess since she’s had her appendix removed before they were not concerned. I do know I don’t just get up in the middle of the night and spend $400 on just period pain! We got a CT and UA done and left!! I will not be wasting my time here again, very unprofessional.
