Best WLM Reviews

The best Acai in town is here. I love coming here at lunchtime.... Lily and Victor are doing a great job in serving the clients. Always fresh, delightful and fueled with authentic powder milk and condensed milk ???? Brazilian style at its best! If you need an energy boost this is the perfect meal.
I’ve been coming to this store for years now. Never have I ever had a bad experience, but today, either they change the management or the lady that served me was not the best. I came here and first you guys removed things from the menu and then I ordered and I got charged without even getting the food. I was charged tip ahead of time without having a service, or knowing if the server actually deserve the tip. Worse experience so far. I have never gotten this treatment in my life before. And I tell the server I signed it later when I actually finish the service to actually know if she deserve the tip or not. But she forced me to signed it. Very very disappointed.
You will not walk out of here hungry at all! The photo uploaded here shows half of the XTUDO burger I ate and I still had a lot to finish, barely touched the fries. Food hits heavy and prices are more than reasonable for what you’re getting. The place is clean and well organized and the staff is very friendly. They even give you your own squeeze bottles for their house green and pink sauces. Couldn’t recommend more.
The food has lowered its quality but i still think its great, so I will deff continue going. The servers are okay, they aren’t super friendly but they get the job done. My biggest concern is the fact that they try to sneak tip on top of gratuity. We were 2 people, the gratuity was included, which is fine and honestly it was too little so added $$$ on top so it can be (22%).
However, after checking my bill I noticed that the total that they suggest for tip is tipping on top of gratuity. Basically tipping twice. I really feel that practice is dishonest to the customers.
Overall, happy with the food and service but I will be careful when tipping.
I arrived to eat, they give me my food to go and when I try to grab a sauce from other table the waitress took it away saying “no because you ordered to go” when I didn’t ordered to go, so rude to take it away, I won’t even care if she charge it extra but she was too rude just taking them away and giving my order to go when I wanted to eat there. The burgers great the waitress no.
Me and my family have been going to this place for years! But I must say hearing my brother, mom and friend feeling discriminated by the staff today is just heartbreaking. They were forced to pay for the food AND the tip right before they even got their drinks because it was a "new policy" which aparently did not apply to everybody as the rest of the tables around them were charged at the end (like any other restaurant). I do not know if it's a case of racism, but they for sure made my family feel not welcome. It is pretty disappointing to us because we actually like their food, but this is just NOT acceptable and we are just not going back nor recommend this place to anyone anymore. We want everyone to know that not everybody will be treated the same way at this place.
Altas Horas used to be my go-to place when I missed Brazilian food, but I felt they didn't have many options by the end of the night and that the burger was a bit dry.
But so far, the sweets are the best.
My secret gem for the past 6-8 years. Great for lunch and late night eats after the local clubs and bars. I get the X-Tudo, or whatever the biggest sandwich is haha + a cigarette pastry ( ham and cheese in a fried breading) + chocolate flan (in my top 3 of favorite desserts ever)
