I booked this hotel last minute to accommodate vacation plans at Disney world. My boyfriend and I were so excited to get some sleep after a long day at Disney world. Upon checking in there’s numerous paper work needing to be signed before you check in. Upon walking to our room from the front desk, the area smelt of urine. There were to individuals wearing ski masks at the top floor watching us check in. We rented a sports car and I felt very uneasy about this location. We entered the room and it looked so run down compared to the photos. The door frame was falling apart. I always check hotel bed sheets to ensure they’re clean. The sheets were stained yellow and I didn’t feel confident they were clean properly. I went to go to the bathroom and spotted a cockroach in the bathtub. I immediately could no longer accept these conditions and checked out immediately and booked a different hotel. PLEASE DO NOT book this place, it does not look like the photos.
Great location, there’s tons of places to eat real close by. A mall in walking distance. Everyone at the front desk has always been very kind and helpful. I’ve never had a problem with switching rooms if needed. The pool is open all night as long as you’re not rowdy and being respectful. Never been charged for extra pillows or towels
I spoke with Steve on the phone to reserve a room and right away he made me feel very comfortable. He was so helpful over the phone. Once I got to the front desk Steve greeted me not as a customer but as a tenant. He was very respectful kind and one of the best customer service in a hotel I have received. If you come to this hotel please ask for Steve. He will take the time to make sure you are taken care of and make you feel welcome. I will come here again as long as they have employees like Steve. Thank you Steve for treating me with great customer service.
I had a towing issue and I talked to Steve about it and he handled the issue very professionally. He’s an outstanding employee. His hospitality was top notch!!! I didn’t have any more issues after that. Steve deserves a raise or a higher position in management!!!! Steve is the best!!! If you have any issues with your stay especially with the towing. Talk to Steve and he’ll make sure your stay is comfortable.
Positive: "" Negative: We trying to get into three different rooms in this hotel. The first room the TV had no signal and no remote. The second room had cockroaches alive and dead no TV remote. The third room we try to get into you had to use your shoulder with thrust to get in
I booked a room from November 23 till the 24th and then rebooked the 24th to the 25th. They canceled my booking for the 24th to the 25th and refused to refund me after they said they would.
On top of that. They have crackheads up all hours of the night. The rooms smell like mold no matter what floor you’re on. And on top of that. They have issues with families fighting all hours of the night causing people to not be able to sleep.
Originally I was like screw it I am only here to sleep but I would never recommend this place. The maintenance guy is rude as heck.
Rooms were Ok , every room has a different theme some better than others. They do have few things that will be needed to be fixed soon.
Service was good overall but I must say Steve really stood out. Any inconvenience or anything me or my guys needed he made sure to take care of it immediately. His attitude and professionalism was on point , really makes you feel welcomed. Don’t expect your room to be cleaned at all if you stay on the 2nd or 3rd floor.
Positive: "" Negative: I booked the hotel for my daughter and her three kids whose house was destroyed by the hurricane. Upon arrival she said there was three questionable (drug users)men checking in and she didn't feel safe staying there. She voice this to the staff member.
