Food was good. Better than a chain, but lacking in flavor and personality.
Service was rushed even though there were empty tables. He cleaned my place before my partner was done and then brought the dresser menu....
My partner and I loved our experience here. The staff were very welcoming and the food was wonderful! The pasta isn’t from scratch but was still great with options for mainstream and traditional Italian dishes. Our waitress Sarah was so kind and because it was our first time there she offered a champagne toast on the house.
Pros: I loved the variety of protein options that could be added to dishes. The dinner overall was a little more expensive than we usually have for a casual night out but honestly the atmosphere and food was so worth it. We’re easy going people and just like to have a good return on investment wherever we dine. We definitely felt like we got that here. We’ll be back!
Cons: I love an Alfredo dish or cacio e Pepe but there weren’t any offered.
Recommendation: reservation for weekends or Friday nights.
I recently had a delightful birthday dinner with friends at your establishment. The food, drinks, and service were all exceptional. I must commend the manager for their friendly demeanor and frequent check-ins at our table throughout the evening. It was truly one of the best dining experiences I've had in a while, and I will definitely be recommending your restaurant to others. Additionally, the thoughtful gesture of a birthday card signed by the entire staff added a special touch to the celebration. Thank you all for the outstanding service and delicious cuisine. Looking forward to returning for my anniversary celebration.
I have visited this place several times with my friends and family and have always left completely satisfied. The food is consistently excellent, and the service is exceptional. The ambiance is also great.

We came for an impromptu birthday dinner and everyone from the hostesses, Manager (Jason), and Server (Tom) went above and beyond. The food was delicious as always but their thoughtfulness made it a wonderful experience. I’m excited to come back!
Friends and I came here for dinner to celebrate birthdays, the service and food was amazing. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted instantly by Karis, energetic and passionate manager. Our server, Carlos was great and very attentive along with the rest of the staff. I ordered the Prosciutto De Parma, Tagliatelle, and Chocolate Gelato & Mango Sorbetto. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. I had couple bites of my friend’s Cacio E Pepe and hats off to the chef for making it better than the one I had in Rome. Can't forget to mention the butternut squash agnolotti. Didn't think that would be something I would enjoy a lot. I definitely recommend all the dishes I had that evening. Drinks were amazing, my friends order the espresso martini and it looked and tasted great! The birthday card signed by the whole staff was very thoughtful. Overall, everyone was very friendly and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. Keep up the great work! I’m definitely planning on returning with my family. Thank you all for the excellent service and delicious food.
Absolutely incredible appetizers- the calamari and meatballs were delicious!! The main pasta dishes were also incredible and their cocktails are TO DIE FOR! My boyfriend got their whiskey flight and enjoyed the pamphlet that explained what each whiskey is.
The service was also INCREDIBLE! Everyone was super friendly and we felt super attended to the entire visit. The restaurant is also in a super nice location (center of Mosaic) and it was super fun to eat, chat and watch the busy streets go by!
Great food and good service . We went for Easter Brunch and we loved it . Staff was very friendly and attentive. Our server I forgot her name . Was very knowledgeable and her recommendations absolutely great. Food was on time and with good flavor absolutely Michael Schlow is doing great job in Fairfax
