Dr. Whiting & staff are AMAZING! He has seen my son since we moved here from NY 14 yrs ago! He’s extremely informative, while being hilarious at the same time, which makes my son feel chill.
Doctors were so great! Took time to go over everything, made my kids feel comfortable and safe and even personally followed up with us after. So grateful and impressed!
Friendly staff, but ill informed on actual cost. Took my son in for regular immunizations. Good experience. When we received the bill, we were surprised at the cost. Aline overcharged us and is unwilling to work with us. We offered to make a deal, but they would not budge, threatening with collections. Nice staff, but they don't know about cost, nor do they have a conversation with patients on how much their services could be. Very frustrating. Alpine Pediatrics billing staff were unwilling to work with us.
Each of our children go to Alpine Pediatrics. We trust them whole heartedly and can thank them enough for the office culture and efficiency they provide. We love the staff.
We love Alpine Pediatrics! Dr Knorr is wonderful, our kiddo is always excited to go see his doctor. And the nurse that gave us our flu shots was phenomenal, we didn’t feel a thing. Kiddo was so surprised that it didn’t hurt at all.
I would not bring your kids to Alpine Pediatrics, because they are extremely dishonest and do not give your children the proper care that they need. I am absolutely sick about the service we received. My 1 year old has had an ear infection for almost a month now and is on her second antibiotic, and has been absolutely miserable. She got so bad we took her to instacare over the weekend and they told us we needed to follow up with her pediatrician. I scheduled an appointment and was seen ONLY by a medical student and the doctor never came in the room!!!! They then billed my insurance and charged me for the appointment when she wasn't seen by a licensed provider!! We were leaving out of the town the next day, so I really wanted her to be seen. One of the scariest parts was that when the MA took her oxygen levels and it showed up on the machine at 92% I was a bit concerned why it would be a little bit lower. I called and talked to the office and they said the MA recorded it as 95%!!!!! I saw it with my own eyes and she recorded as a higher percent so she didnt have to re do it. So many illegal and dishonest things going on at this office.
Dr. Pavich at Alpine Pediatrics provided outstanding care! The staff was friendly, the clinic was modern and clean, and I had minimal wait time. Dr. Pavich was knowledgeable, listened attentively, and clearly explained my childrens condition and treatment options. Highly recommend!
My son needed to be seen and we usually call the nurses line first to see what we should do. It wasn’t an emergency or I would have called the hospital first, but when I called multiple alpine pediatrics locations I found out that every location was at an hour long Halloween party and I couldn’t get through to anyone. Not even answering machine.
I called the hospital and they asked if I had talked to my pediatrician first and I told them they were all away at a party for an hour so we now have to pay emergency room fees to get my son seen. The hospital was shocked just like I am. This is ridiculous and careless. I get staff having celebrations but your job is to help children healthy and sick and you can stagger parties so some locations are available or at least have a nurse on call or let me leave a message. I am LIVID, if you couldn’t tell, and will be getting a new pediatrician.
