Best WLM Reviews

Good value. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, oatmeal, muffins, hard-boiled eggs, etc.. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly. Scenery pictures on booking.com reflect the general area within the town of Pagosa Springs.
Small inn with everything you need. Extremely friendly staff and breakfast is included. Comfortable beds and excellent price. Also, the location is very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.
Ok for an overnight. AC is stinky, bed was sinky, but clean, basic breakfast included which is nice. They had bad wi fi, so the computer kept buffering and shutting off. They did make it pretty on the outside with flowers. But it's a motel and it was affordable in the area.
It is not affordable. It cost me $140 for a double room. I could go next door and get 2 queens for $30 less. I was told my service animal was not allowed because she was not yet a year old. My service animal performs services at her age-she alerts me to my tonic clonic seizures and she carries my personal information for when I have seizures. I am often disoriented and she helps me regain awareness to my situation when I come to. Under the ADA-there is no age restrictions for services provided. It’s not a friendly hotel as you can tell by their response to this review. The rooms are old and the breakfast is less than basic. The Hillside Hotel will be my choice next time.
This place was very nice and cozy. We arrived with car problems and had to have a tow to a mechanic and stayed here while we waited. They were very kind to us; reserving the room out in case we needed it while we waited on the car repair and let us check out late on the morning our car was fixed. We normally stay in Hilton’s while we travel and never would have gotten the hospitality at a Hilton like we did at this locally owned hotel. I would stay here again when in Pagosa.
This was a very nice hotel & very convenient. Room was good, Pillows were adequate. Breakfast had enough to choose from. Quiet. Staff was really nice. No elevator, but stairs weren't too terrible. Parking was a little tight for our truck, but we made it work.
I would NOT recommend this place!! The lady was great however, as soon as we encountered the older man, I believe he and the lady are the owners of the place, he was very RUDE and not welcoming at all! He was replenishing the breakfast area. I asked him a few questions and he was very short and RUDE with his answers as if he could care less about the guests. He then proceeded to lecture me about my 4 year old son holding a cup of orange juice. He thought my son was going spill, mind you he didn't spill a drop! If there wasn't a full room of guest trying to get breakfast, there definitely would have been a scene between the 2 of us. If you value respect/good hospitality/welcoming feel, choose somewhere else!! The Lady was completely opposite than the older man I want to make sure to say that again.
Had to find affordable room last minute and this is what came up on my app. Was a little hesitant but really glad I ended up staying here. Room was dated but very clean. Felt safe here. Clerks were polite and friendly. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND
