Best WLM Reviews
Mozzarella sticks belong at a fast food restaurant actually I’ve had better from fast food spaghetti was lacking luster and the biggest issue is the waitress is extremely rude and hovers she brought me my check and asked if I was done while I was still eating. No wonder this place is slow at lunch time. I won’t be back.
I didn’t try the pizza yet, so take this with a grain of salt. I had the gyro for lunch and it was pretty good. Calzone was massive- maybe 2 meals. Attentive service, though there weren’t many customers for lunch.
Couldn't skip reviewing our experience. PLEASE LOOK AT THE MOLDY PICS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO READ THIS ENTIRE REVIEW! Walked in and was sat fairly promptly. Waited 15 minutes as 2 servers repeatedly eyed and ignored us. Went to ask who our server was and was told they were "really busy tonight". (A whopping 6 tables were seated out of 30 at this point.) 5 minutes later we ordered drinks and food. 27 minutes after we sat, we finally received our DRINKS. Salmon and turkey wrap ordered and received 30 minutes later. The wrap had a very visible and very large mold area on it. How the cook didn't see it, I have no idea. On top of that, there was ONE slice of deli turkey in this $14 wrap. Salmon was too dry to finish, fries were overly salty, and the rice was still crunchy. Just a big fat NO from us.
When I travel for work I always wanna stop somewhere and get pizza because I love pizza as much as the TMNT. I didn't have any tips from locals on where to go, so I just picked Alpha Omega based on proximity and Google maps reviews. Glad I did! I had the BBQ chicken and it was a really good pie! I did online ordering and takeout so no real comment on atmosphere/customer service, but next time I'm in town I'll definitely stop by again! Keep up the good work Alpha Omega, the world needs more great pizza joints!
Excellent food on every occasion. Quickly becoming my favorite place for any of their type of offerings. I have yet to be disappointed. The service is also always top notch.
I can't really think of anything negative to say. Right after a movie at Starlight, you can cross the street to it directly. I suppose if it was busier then maybe the service might have been worse. But for first time job waiters at 16 years or so, they did fine and we're courteous. The establishment is clean and pretty open spaced so it's not hard to track down your waiter. Good for parties of 8-10 and they also divide the restaurant so you can have a more private booth accommodation if that's your liking. The wings were jumbo sized and the pizza was DELICIOUS. Crust was crispy and soft and the cheese was plentiful. I was hoping for a thinner pie but they don't advertise NY slices so I'm not disappointed! Lastly, I ordered the Buffalo chicken pizza which says they use a buffalo sauce base. I asked if they could just do marinara and drizzle the ranch and hot sauce on top and they simply said, "done". We were finishing up our meal around 9:55 pm and not once did they make us feel like they needed us out of there. Awesome!
Bruhhhh, when I say this was sooooo good!!! The portion sizes are HUGE.I will definitely be eating on my chicken Parm for several days. All of the ingredients were very fresh. My only issue,I had to keep flagging down our waitress, but no biggie. Really good spot!
6-19-22 update: Our family took our Father/Grandpa/Grand-père out for lunch to one of his favorite places for Father's Day. Definitely noticed a change in staff and new menus. Hostess explained Mr. Dino sold the business in December and moved back to his home country, Greece. New management has continued Alpha Omega as a family-owned and operated restaurant. Still serves beloved Greek, Italian, and American menu items at reasonable prices. Still offers full range of beverages from soft drinks, iced tea, beers and wines. Great outdoor seating area. Friendly staff. Meals prepared by one of the same talented Chefs. Looking into offering gluten-free menu items. They are currently hiring wait staff.
4 yrs ago: If you ever dined at Dino's Restaurant in Concord or Harrisburg, then you will definitely love Alpha Omega Grill & Pizzeria. Same awesome owner, same chefs, same great wait staff, same great Greek and Italian cuisine!!! Stop by, you'll feel right at home!
