Good experience. Office was very efficient; friendly yet professional. Rachel and Cathy were right on with information with guiding you through the process. I feel like I’m in good hands especially for a doctor’s office. Dr. Perel was great. Talked and explained things and made me feel comfortable. I was not rushed. Thumbs up!
It was my first time at this office. I have to say it was a pleasure. The staff was amazing and the wait time was not long . They work to their appointment times. Cathy was amazing very accommodating! I would definitely recommend this Doctor.

Wish i could give a big fat 0 for this establishment. First appointment went great, however, no one calls to follow up, despite leaving phone multiple voicemail messages and contacting management, who said they would get back to me and still haven't heard back. First appointment in July and haven't received any injections for continuation of care. No one answers the phone. The only time you get a phone call back is if you are a new patient wanting to make an appointment. Went somewhere else

I am writing here today to let you know that Dr. Perels staff was nothing but amazing helpful, supportive and very knowledgeable… CATHY took her time to find An appointment that works with me and the office, Very sweet woman and knows her stuff!!!!
Dr. Perel He took his time with me, listened to everything I needed to say, and my worries, and we are in the process of figuring it all out. I’m giving this office 5+ stars You will not be disappointed at all.
i’ve been going to Alpha neurology for quite a while and I must say I was very surprised and pleased.
Every employee-secretary, nurse, clinician, doctor, technician, NP, everyone whom I have contact with is extremely, friendly, knows what they are doing, very efficient and it is an absolute pleasure to go there. It helps relieve a lot of stress about having to see a doctor and is quite comfortable. I highly recommend Alpha neurology and they even have a convenient parking lot. I am very happy that I don’t have to travel into the city to get quality care.
Office staff, Tina, was so helpful in getting me in for an immediate appointment. Cathy was very helpful in scheduling tests and follow up appointments. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Perel was very thorough with his exam and took a lot of time to explain everything.
First time here and I am impressed! Friendly front desk staff, especially Cathy Brown si h a helpful person. Met with Dr. Feldman and she was wonderful. She listened to my concerns and was extremely thorough. I highly recommend this office.
Only saw Dr. Perel one time, got an MRI, and never went back there. There would be day after day where I tried calling the office about 20 times and no answer. Very difficult to get through to them. Also felt very rushed during the one appointment I had with the doctor and I feel like he right away resorted to starting daily migraine medication, instead of discussing or investigating why I’m having these symptoms all of a sudden. Turns out I don’t just have a migraine problem, I have Lyme disease. I’m glad I didn’t just start taking daily meds that he prescribed. Won’t be going back
