Avoid. I got a “pedicure “ with gel polish. The tech didn’t cut or push my cuticles. My gel polish is uneven and up on my cuticles. My little toe nail was cut with clippers so it is straight across and all my other nails are rounded. I have clear gel topcoat on my skin and my nails were filed after they were painted. I did not get a massage and it felt like she wanted to be done as fast as possible What a crazy experience. One of my toes polish was lifted off by the time I got home. I did try to bring this to their attention at the front and the girl just said oh no really I’m sorry and no one else was talked to or informed. And besides the fact the place is super dirty
I’ve not had acrylic nails in a while so I asked my hair dresser who to go to!
She referred me to the right place

My nails look fantastic and exactly exactly how I wanted them. My technician listened to all of my requests and was great about understanding, communicating, and then delivering on all of the specific things I asked for.
At many places, you have to wait 15 or even 30 minutes even with an appointment. This is not one of those places.
But what really struck me was the community vibe inside. Everyone from the technicians to the customers all seemed to be lifelong friends and everyone knew everyone's name. Every time someone walked in the door, a staff member would greet them by name. The environment was just really warm and friendly.
This is literally my favorite place to go. The staff is hilarious and makes everyone feel welcome. I just recently had my nails done here for my wedding and they turned out amazing. I received a lot of compliments
Loved the fact that they had a small chair for pedi for my young daughter. Made her experience so much better.
This place is amazing :) great people. They will never leave you unhappy. And they do a great job on your nails. My full sets last longer then 2 weeks and I'm pretty rough on my nails. Nails In the photo are 3 weeks old
I have been to Alpha Nails for about 6 times now and this last time I brought my daughter in, this was her second time there the first time they did regular nail polish which was fine, but this most recent time they talked me into doing gel on my daughter, which was a huge mistake! It cost me $50 and most of it peeled off the very next day. I messaged them on Facebook messenger and they read it but no one responded. I messaged again and they read it again and still didn’t respond so they obviously don’t care! They have booked my appointments through Facebook messenger before so I know they use it, but they clearly don’t know how to respond to upset customers or even care to try to resolve or fix things! I am a great tipper but will be finding a new nail salon to go to!
I showed a picture of what I wanted when I came in and asked for someone who did nail art well as it was my first time visiting this salon. I gave the photo to the lady who did my nails and as you can see how it started and how it went were quite different. Probably the worst manicure I’ve ever had there is paint all over my fingers and cuticles and I’m so disappointed I wasted my time and money.
