Dr Austin is one of the best Dr.'s I have met. Alpha Medical Center has improved so much. No longer a long wait time, it is about 1/2 to an hour, which is standard. Dr. Austin listens and is compassionate! He researches, he is just good, and that takes the time. I will wait for that. His staff is courteous and very compassionate. His referrals are slow, but I ask him directly and bring the referral info. Then it will go faster. He is good with my Autistic son, and good with my husband. We go to him now regularly. I take back my old review years ago. I recommend it, and go back if you left. Not like it used to be..greatly improved!
My visit at Alpha Medical Center was a good experience one of the staff Jamarian Williams, She was very polite very patient. She has great customer service She answer all your questions it makes sure you have all the information understanding you need before you leave. I’d recommend anyone to come here because More doctor office should have more people like her I give them a five star.
My last visit was great! Josie did a great job at explaining everything to me and was very friendly. Wait time was short enough to not be a bother and they got me up and out before I knew it. Would definitely recommend
I had a great experience going in and getting my checkup done. The wait times weren’t as bad as people say and Josie was so sweet and got me scheduled just in time before I left town. Easily a one in a million employee working there.
My first time experience at this medical office was great! I was in an out in less than an hour, with this being without an appointment! The young lady that helped me ( Jamarian ) was very nice and attentive to my situation! I would highly recommend anyone to this medical facility!

My last visit was great! Rosie was so nice and very helpful. My waits are usually very lengthy but she seemed to do her best to get everyone back as quickly as possible. Very professional!
