I ordered sugar cane juice. I’m pretty sure it was already made in the back because it took 2 minutes to come out. And it’s disgusting. It’s dark brown/green and looks like swamp water. Never again will I be back. I just had cane juice from Mia and more Saturday and it was light green almost transparent. This looks like it’s from a septic tank. ????
They have various falooda options. I tried the Rose and signature falooda. I think signature is better than the rose. I didn’t like the rose one.
This is an excellent dessert and juice cafe. While visiting from Canada, my friends brought me here for a treat. It's a great business success story and deserves a 5 star review. So many options and something for everyone. There is ice cream, shakes, juices and more...
I've noticed a significant improvement at Alpha! The faloodas are now thicker, creamier, sweeter, and tastier than ever. We tried a variety and each one was incredible. The service is speedy and the staff are very friendly. If you're craving authentic desi desserts, Alpha is the place to be. Prices are a bit on the higher side, but the quality justifies it. Highly recommend!
My kid ordered two things
One Lahori Falooda and one Oreo falooda
They both were disgusting
Lahori Falooda had old or uncooked noodles
And Oreo was too expensive I could have bought two from McDonald’s and taste better. Will not recommend to anyone.
Food is decent but the price is atrocious for this... if you are charging 7.99 for omelette paratha I expect hand made real paratha with a full plate hand cooked omelette. This is a store bought frozen paratha and one egg. This is worth 3.99 not 7.99.
No wonder it was empty this morning.
My #1 fav dessert shop in Houston! ❤ my favorite is rabri delight, oh what a heaven! I love it! Also chikko shake is definitely worth a try. And so many more other options in faloodas here as well. If you are looking to take your friends or partner for the perfect dessert experience, this is it.

Stumbled upon this location and walked away with a 5-star experience. This was the fourth (and also 13th and 17th, see below) stop on our Houston food tour for which we drove 1000 miles. Given our undeniable penchant for all things sweet, this place fit the bill perfectly.
The service was exceptional. Jose, our friendly host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and his enthusiasm for the menu was infectious.
The cleanliness was impressive, and the portion sizes were generous - perfect for satisfying any sweet tooth. The variety of sweet treats on offer is unparalleled, and the presentation of each dish was top-notch. Fresh fruit juices, smoothies, milk shakes, ice cream, kulfies, gola ganda, faloodas, burgers, sandwiches, snack foods, and more. With so much to choose from, they blow away the competition!
Although we were already quite full from a previous buffet, we couldn't resist trying their sugarcane juice, which was incredibly fresh and delicious. It's evident that they take pride in delivering quality.
The dine-in area is spacious and well maintained, adorned with pictures that give you a sneak peek of what your order will look like. This attention to detail adds to the overall experience and prevents surprises (and possible disappointments). On the other hand it can create excitement as you eagerly await your magnificent tower of sweet goodness in whatever form you ordered.
Happy to have discovered this place, and I'm already planning to return to satisfy my sugar cravings again and again. It’s even easier to do so as they have multiple locations. If you're looking for outstanding service, cleanliness, portion sizes, variety, and sweet treats, look no further - and be prepared to be admonished by your dentist on the next visit :)

We were so pleased with the service and quality from our recent visit, that in addition to visiting other Alpha locations in the city, we returned to this location two additional times, making it our (4th, see above) 13th and 17th stops on our Houston food tour. Service was consistently pleasant each time and the juices/deserts were delicious. We had the sugarcane juice again, and tried the gola ganda and the rose falooda and the presentation was striking; and they tasted just as good as they appeared. When I pointed out that they accidentally added lemon to the sugarcane juice, they were quick to correct it. On the most recent visit, Francisco greeted us with a smile and offered swift service. The other staff was moving with a purpose and quickly serving up delicious treats for everyone.
Alpha has quickly become our favorite spot to satiate our sugar needs, and we can’t wait to come back and try more of what they offer.
