Excellent menu with unique selections. Order at the counter and your meal is prepared quickly. Seat yourself.
Some of the unique sides include plantains, yucca fries, and chicken soup.
We came in to grab lunch today and it was SO good!!! They were very busy and were handling it well, we will definitely be back:) we had the 1/4 dark meals with plantains, slaw, green beans and fries. Everything is so phenomenal and the staff is kind and welcoming!
Great food cooked to order. Has Mon-Fri specials that includes fountain drink. Service & food is the best!! Side of black beans are the best! Dine in, drive thru, carry out. Now has delicious full size Salads! :-)
They need to fix their order online or have better organization. Why offer order ahead if you still have to wait in line with those ordering and walking in. Just turn it off and stop wasting people time. Yes I could’ve gone somewhere else but there is no option on canceling the order. $18 is $18 at the end of the day. Anyways order placed at 1:13p, says ready at 1:28 but doesn’t receive food until 1:54p

The good:
The chicken was amazing. The green beans were good. It was neat and clean.
The somewhat bad:
It was pricey. Meal was almost $19 for Lunch. It was not busy so I thought it would be quiet. I needed to use WiFi and make a few calls. The music was so loud I had to step outside to make phone calls.
I would definitely eat here again when I didn't mind the noise. Overall good experience I just aim to give accurate reviews.
Jocelyn was very good!! She was a great cashier and made sure to inform me on the food. If I could give her a 10 stars I definitely would!!! She had a very positive attitude
The food at Fabe's Peruvian Rotisserie is terrific with excellent rotisserie chicken and huge tostones. The building is easy to find and there is a large parking lot. The service inside the restaurant is a bit disorganized and the interior is small with there charcoal pulled on their bench and large service tracks crowding the area in front of the counter. Otherwise I would definitely get lunch from here again should I be in Sanford.
Roselia was amazing in the drive through! Absolutely love the customer service at this location. The food is always fresh and they're very consistent and timely in their delivery.
