UPDATE: i originally gave this a 4 star for the amazing food but horrible service. After my most recent experience, this place doesn't deserve any business. I placed an online order for 2 seafood boils for pickup. I had to call the place after 5 minutes becausr they never confirmed my order. I went to the restaurant after a some time and they handed me my order. After getting home, I realized that not only did I only receive just one boil, it wasn't even correct. The strangest part is that my first name and last initial was on the receipt. The boil listed in the receipt was a weird combination of both of the boils I ordered. The bag was stapled shut so I couldnt easily check while I was at the restaurant. I guess it's my fault for assuming they would be able to do their job correctly. I tried calling them but they wouldn't pick up. Once they did, they immediately hang up. I decided to get my refund through doordash since the restaurant would rather steal money from me.

This could've been a amazing 10/10 experience but it got soured by the terrible service. The food and atmosphere were great though.
We first entered and were greeted by the hostess who was also possibly the manager. We had reservations but we were not asked about one considering the restaurant was only about a quarter filled. We were seated very quickly and given menus to look over. Almost 30 minutes had pasted and no one came to take our order despite staff just standing around. We had to go up to the lady tending the bar and tell her we've been waiting. She assumed we were taken care of for some reason but immediately start taking our drink and food order. After taking our drink order, she asked "Do you need another minute to look over the food?". She was dead serious. It was pretty funny but we put our food order in and get our meals very quickly.
We ordered the snow crabs, dungeness crabs, black mussels, and crawfish. Everything tasted fresh and tasty. The sauces they cover all the food in were so flavorful. I was craving it the day after. The meals also came with corn and potatoes which were great as well.
The atmosphere is fun. A lot of cool decor to look at. I enjoy looking at the lobster man. The bathroom seem decently clean.
Overall a decent experience minus the horrendous wait in the beginning. The lady that eventually took our order seemed apologetic so I can't be that upset. I think I'll return in the near future and hopefully get that 10/10 experience I expect.
Truthfully very disappointed in this establishment. Four of us went out to eat here and unfortunately the waiter accidentally splashed the seafood boil onto my boyfriend. Yes it was an accident, but could have easily been prevented by not shaking the bag directly next to him. The waiter did profusely apologize and the complaint is not about him individually. The biggest issue (not only issue) is management wanted to do basically nothing about it aside from take $3 off the entire bill which was $200. $140 sweatshirt completely ruined and not even an apology from the manager. We were forced to go into the mall to buy him a change of clothes after dinner as we had plans continuing at the mall. The issue is not with the money, the issue is with the lack of care and respect for acknowledging a wrong doing and fixing the mistake in a business of customer service. Any other restaurant would have easy compensated his meal alone for the inconvenience. I think the situation could’ve been handled much better. So here’s your warning if you choose to eat here, management will not care about you whatsoever.
it took us a while to get waited on but once we did our order came out pretty quick meanwhile the kids got to play basketball they had fun The food was great The best shrimp we've had in a very long time Nice and crunchy great experience.
Food is awesome! Service is great! I love the store environment! Make me want to go back again! Food portion is good! Tasty! Highly recommend! I love seafood! I was worrying I won’t be full only eating seafood but they have pasta too! Great restaurant!
I dine here often as I love seafood! I always have a great experience when I come. This time my server Miana, was very attentive and fast! She was very knowledgeable of not only the food but the bar! You can tell she is passionate about what she does. I had the seafood boil and a margarita. I will definitely be coming back!
Cool place with great food and service. Was able to try small portions of crab fries, seafood cheesy bread, chicken wings, coconut shrimp, calamari, deep fried pickles, steamed mussels, steamed crab, streamed shrimp, steamed crawfish clam pasta, and hush puppies. Everything was tasty, especially the Cajun steamed items. I can't wait to go back and try the steam pots!
Wow, what a surprise, the food was excellent , it was delicious and serve quickly hardly any waiting time. We will definitely be back
The food here was absolutely delicious! Service was great. My only complaint is that there was a maintenance man changing light bulbs literally 1 ft away from our table. Also, there was a speaker problem with the music or something. The music kept getting really loud when we were trying to eat. I could barely hear my friend talking. I don't suggest having a fancy drink here. $15 is a little steep. Other than that small issue. The food was absolutely amazing! And I will definitely be coming back
