This is the second time I've ordered from this specific one only on Francis the one on Monroe oh my gosh they're phenomenally good but the one on Francis second time I ordered there disgusting as you can see in the pictures my need is burnt by the way I ordered pea salad and macaroni and salad instead I got three scoops of rice and in the bottom of my macaroni salad is potato salad all together they're disgusting nothing like the one on Monroe and it's horrible. You paid $25 when it comes to tax 30 bucks for this meal and this is what I get I want my money back and I will be getting it in the morning
The beef has gotten a lot thinner cut...if they go any thinner it will be see through!! The to go containers redlect the shrinkology/era we are going through!!! Serving size skimpy compared to the good ol days!!!

Portions are huuuuge here! My little one loves their chicken teriyaki and the pea salad is my FAVOURITE. I always add sides of lava sauce to add to the teriyaki and mac salad *chefs kiss*
Foods fairly good. Got the teriyaki chicken, good flavor but kinda dry. Rice is wet. Fruit salad is pretty good, not the biggest fan of the yogurt, but that’s more so my own preference.
I got a hair in my box as well.. worth the price? Ehh. More or less I suppose.
Worst food I've ever had and to top it all off it was expensive for what we got. My pork was extremely dry and had zero flavor. It was the same with my wife's chicken which was almost inedible because of how overcooked it was. The rice was also completely unseasoned and was what made up most of our "food" that we were given. The macaroni salad was far worse than anything I've ever bought in store, let alone home or restaurant made. The employees lacked all sense of professionalism and couldn't even keep track of if we had paid or not while waiting for our food to be made. Not to mention neither the employees nor the entire building itself looked to maintain any sense of cleanliness. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had paying for food at an establishment in the Spokane area and will not be ordering here ever again. I typically never write reviews but the awful quality of this place and it's service for nearly $25 per plate without factoring in anything to drink is highway robbery. Not to mention they have a horrendously high percentage of tip they ask for on the card reader when you pay which is completely ridiculous to even ask for being in the realm of fast food. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The lowest I can leave though is a 1 out of 5 so here it is.
Place was super busy! I was surprised after the service. Feel bad because it just looked like three high schoolers running the place - and I think they are understaffed. Lots of swearing tossed around - super unprofessional, some people may care! Decent service - although the people forgot our order multiple times.
Macaroni salad was super bland. Rice was okay - it was very wet and soggy. Garlic chicken was tasteful but dry. Teriyaki chicken was dry but okay - I would recommend Kay's over this place any day. Fruit Salad was decent.
For the price and popularity of this place I expected much more and I am disappointed. Won't come here again.
I got the kulua pork with rice and fruit salad and the pork was great and came with lots of extra sauce. I didn't really like the fruit salad but that's not their fault and I was hapoy that they had Mountain Berry Blast Powerade. My boyfriend got Katsu chicken and Spam musubi. He seemed to enjoy his meal.
