I’ve stayed here a bunch and hands down this was my best stay to date.
Rooms have always been clean but now the housekeeper is adding a nice touch but leaving a handwritten note each day, often with an inspirational quote. It just gives vibes that she cares and takes pride!
Front desk folks were super friendly, wasn’t always the case in the past. Super welcoming and outgoing. Every morning there was a friendly greeting and they definitely remembered their guests.
Bar was also great. Just super friendly bartenders that also took the time to get to know you.
In the past I complained about some of the rooms here because they face the highway and you’ll definitely hear traffic. However if you request a poolside room you won’t have any issues.
All in all, something has changed about this hotel and for four days it felt like home. Special shout out to Dalton, Ashley and Char.
The shuttle driver made sure to tell me to say “thank you” to him. He said “hey buddy, you’re welcome” with a weird stare. The hotel is fine if you are staying one night. But anymore and you will be left lacking.

They will not give quarters from a card at the desk forcing you to use the expensive ATM
The snacks are extremely overpriced there is a 15$ candy bar.
Small counter space in the bathroom/area where you have your mini fridge. I guess you have to eat where you shave? I’m not impressed this is the way things are in 2024.
Oh and they expect you to pay to park!!!!
This is the hotel we use when we have people come in town for work. It’s a great location and the hotel and rooms are always very clean. Our local teams use the banquet rooms for meetings and training sessions. I work with Roxanne to book the banquet rooms and currently working with her for a large block of rooms I have booked. She is quick to respond and is very helpful with last minute changes as needed.
The staff is great! Breakfast you have to buy from a window in the lobby, breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast items are expensive.
The rooms are nice but nothing special. Hot water in the shower came and went which was uncomfortable.
We had a great experience at Aloft! The staff is amazingly friendly and welcoming. The lobby and rooms are clean. There is a workout room with a peloton bike. Easy to get a delicious breakfast in the morning. We have traveled all over the world and in great hotels. Had to book last minute for an emergency and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
After hours of delay flying Frontier. When I arrived there was a nice lady at the desk (Lorenza) who went above and beyond to assist me. She has a sweet calm soft spoken demeanor. Lorenza made checking in process simple and swift and had me sign up for a membership. The location is perfect ( if you’re a fan of In-N-Out) also a dispensary that’s walkable. The hotel offer shuttle to the airport which was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the only thing I disliked was shower pressure and the shower head, only one setting.
If Management would have taken the time to return my call or email I would not have been so disappointed. My first and last stay with this hotel. Upon arriving from an 8 hr drive all I wanted was a shower and goodnight sleep. I proceeded to shower and upon trying to exit the bathroom, the barn door jammed against a plastic rail that was screwed into the wall leaving me locked in the bathroom for 45 minutes until I was able to the door to slide open approximately 8 inches to squeeze through.! Luckily I carry a small tool ratchet in work backpack and I unscrewed the plastic piece allowing me to slide the door open . The auto powered window coverings were also cheap and all they would do is bundle up and click. I mentioned it to desk they said to contact the manager ? To date I've heard from manager and it appears that as long as got thier money they could care less . Worst customer service on the planet. A.G
Nice hotel with good amenities!
Front desk staff person Veronica, was absolutely delightful! She arranged airport pickup for us and signed me up for the Bonvoy program! What a gem. The only thing that was disturbing is the loud traffic that seems to drown out any chances of rest. Sounded like a hotrod speedway right out the window. The a/c fan helped to drown out the noise but it is continues daily. ????????????
