Alexis, the morning supervisor was nice enough to take down. My cousins information is going to be checking in earlier than me.
She was very sweet and accommodating.
Patrick treated me when I checked in at 11 o’clock at night. Very personable saved me money on valet parking by parking on the street because it was Sunday and it’s free parking. Room is very tidy and neat. Well kept very relaxed. Will be coming back to this property for sure. 10 out of 10 would recommend
Jill at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. She went above and beyond with amazing recommendations for our road trip and was so sweet to our dog, which meant a lot to us. The valet attendant working the evening of Nov 24th was also super helpful and made parking stress-free. The rooms are simple but equipped with all the necessities, and the fact that there’s no pet fee is a huge win for pet owners. Highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, pet-friendly stay!
We visited this lovely establishment for a weekend wedding on nearby Longboat Key. It sits conveniently in downtown Sarasota within walking distance to Main Street with its shops and restaurants. The facility is very well maintained and the staff were very accommodating throughout our stay. They offer valet parking, an outdoor pool,gym and two bars but no restaurant. Overall a nice place, however the rooms are somewhat minimalist and have hard floors with limited draws for clothing
The hotels location is great. Right in downtown. Short walk to the marina. Short walk to lots of shopping and dining, or grocery store. ||A few blocks from the free trolley over to lido beach. ||The location can’t be beat. ||The room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff were very nice. Loved the way they used the space. ||The only mild negative is that you have to valet park, for $22 a night. So if you’re driving you have to figure that into the price of staying there.
Had to have bath gel and shampoo refilled after they came in to clean. We had sand in our room even after they cleaned. Great place to stay - walking distance to shopping and food. Trolley to the beach. I left some clothes there and I think they are mailing them to me. I have to follow up with the hotel.
A little disappointed. We are titanium members and not only did I not receive a room upgrade, but I wasn’t offered any of the normal titanium benefits at checking in. The room given to me a handicap accessible room with a view of the main entrance canopy rooftop, and when I called to request to be moved to any other room type on a different floor, I was told that everything was sold out and unavailable. No choice of points and not. Not impressed so far. Last time I stayed at the Westin and the stay was exceptional.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Aloft Sarasota and was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and facilities. The hotel was both beautifully maintained and impeccably clean. I would particularly like to commend Alexis for her outstanding assistance and hospitality during my stay. Her efforts greatly enhanced the overall experience.
This was our first time in Sarasota and our first time stay at an aloft hotel. We enjoyed both very much. The hotel was very modern looking. The room was small, but we weren’t in it that much. This hotel was in a perfect location. We were able to walk to Owen’s fish camp for dinner and then to Corona Cigar after dinner. Would recommend this hotel.
