A nice clean, centrally located property with nice people. ||Nothing extraordinary just a nice clean hotel. ||Parking was free, check in was easy, room was clean. I did enjoy the pool deck area once the temps cooled down. They have a small bar with snacks on the first floor.
Spacious clean modern rooms, convenient free parking, good location, friendly service. Downsides: low water pressure leads to poor shower experience. Fridge wasn't adjustable and wasn't cold. No microwave in room. TV options were limited (basic cable channels only). Bar/restaurant has limited menu options. Sometimes it's these little things that make the difference between an adequate place and one you'll go out of your way to come back to. This was adequate.
Rooms were clean. Bedside lights weird to figure out.

Excellent selection of food for purchase. This location is likely ideal for business travelers, as it wasn't really near anything. But it worked out
Free parking, The rooms are comfortable and large. The bar is spacious, with a pool table and Large TV. The pool is just outside. There is a sitting area just outside of the bar. The auditor was gracious and quick. The hotel is centrally located 10 minutes from the San Jose airport, across the street is a shopping area. Several places to eat within walking distance.
If you're looking for a place to stay near the Winchester Mystery House, THIS IS THE PLACE! Extremely clean, well-lit parking lot, super friendly staff, and they're pet friendly!!! We will definitely stay here when we come back!!
Terrible service. does not have any communication. does less than the bare minimum, disorganized and understaffed.||I left my phone in the room. Find my phone clearly stated that it was on the premises.despite me being there to retrieve it and the room being unoccupied I was not allowed to help look for it. house keeping could not find it after spending all of five minutes attempting to. I left my contact information and called back to check in for updates the next day. They had already booked out the room and thrown away my contact and said they could not check the list and found till the next day. I have now spent 3 days trying to get my cellphone from the premises this is ridiculous service.

I stayed here back in April for a few days while I was in San Jose for dance. It was clean, and the hot tub was great, especially after a three hour instructor class. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Close walk to Starbucks down the way, and other restaurants the other way, which I could walk to. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to San Jose.
