This place has great staff, rooms, and facilities. As soon as I came in the hotel the staff had a warm welcome for me. I came into my room, which had waters waiting for me. Clean room perfect temperature. The next morning I went to use the pool to find maintenance was making sure to check sanitization levels. I immediately ask to see the meeting area. I am going to do an event here. Also they have EV Charging free.. They lock them up to make sure guest can use them! (wonderful) I will be back. Thank you to all staff!
Challenge Marriott to look my account up for my stays all over with Aloft. This is one of my best experiences and it’s due to the staff. Not Nashville or a vacation spot this was a rest stop for me for work. Tonya at the bar was amazing and front desk staff (didn’t catch their names) super polite and efficient.
Wow! It may be a 3 star but feels like a 5 star with the welcome! Keys were ready, snacks in the room, snacks in the van, handwritten note in the room, fantastic staff, quite a decent bed, modern, fresh, what’s not to love? Will definitely be coming back! Ya location may not be the greatest but it’s a perfect 10 minutes from the airport!
Entire staff were so welcoming. Our driver Mr Jesse provided us with a safe ride to the hotel from the airport and was very friendly. Love this aloft
Aloft is a morr fun and hipper hotel from Marriott's usual affair. It's a nice break.
The lobby has games, The layout of services aims to have a small waste/use footprint. For example, low flow shower heads - it's not a water pressure issue; it's intentional.
Weird but not troublesome is having one elevator button for the lift behind you. It seems that I'm always calling the one behind me. Lol!
Great experience overall! Dasha at the front desk was a lifesaver with our late check-in situation. Tina at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart and very helpful. I cannot say enough about how great Tonya was fantastic every day of our visit, she went well out of her way to ensure every guest was comfortable at the bar and in the lobby! Rooms are very clean and beds are soft and comfortable! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
I recently stayed at the Aloft Brier Creek hotel, and while the location was convenient and the room itself was clean and comfortable, there were a few issues that affected my overall experience. On the positive side, the service was great—staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay, and the hotel’s amenities were impressive.
Unfortunately, I did encounter a problem in my room, which was unsettling. To add to this, my credit card was overcharged at checkout. I immediately brought this to the attention of management, but I did not receive any follow-up from them. After waiting several weeks (I called twice a week), I had to contact corporate to get the issue addressed, which was frustrating and time-consuming.
Overall, the hotel has potential with its great location and service, but the handling of these issues, especially the lack of communication from management, was disappointing. I hope they address these concerns to improve the experience for future guests.
The bathroom door kept getting stuck and required two adults to move it. Hazard of someone getting stuck in there. The sink doesn’t drain. Broken porcelain with sharp edges. Mini fridge is tilting over and near the bathroom and same with coffee machine being near the toilet. Not sanitary. The mini fridge had some dirty sticky stuff in it and not very cold. Pretty lobby but shabby rooms. From other reviews looks like staff goes all out for some guests and not others. Don’t understand the preferential treatment for some. We didn’t see any of that on our short stay. Staff barely said 2 words to us.
