Pros: Great welcome at check in - Giovanni was so kind. Lobby is cute with games. Bed super comfy
Cons: The room is okay - The rugs should be removed smells like feet and isn’t clean. The shower in the bathroom doesn’t have a slip grip so extremely slippery . It’s also on a slant causing both my husband and I to slip in the shower. You can hear literally everything in the hallways, not the greatest at night when you’re trying to sleep.
Overall - good location with lots of options to eat/do. Not far from parks. Bathroom was pretty, bed was comfy, and AC worked great. Good for a quick one night stay!
We became Disney Passholders this year and Aloft is the place we’ve chosen to stay, we’ve been here about six times this year and only have great things to say about it. From the cool design of the hotel, the proximity to the parks (15 min), cleanliness, pet friendliness etc…A+!!! But in customer service they go above and beyond, everyone at the front desk is awesome, helpful, kind…Bryan, Gio, Anahi and Mell….Allie at the bar…all service personnel deserve props for the great job they’re doing!!!!
Nice, modern, and clean hotel that is relatively close to the theme parks, malls, and a lot of restaurants. The front desk host (Mell) was so helpful with the check in process and made the first moment of our stay so stress free. I would recommend this hotel to others.
This hotel is close to Disney parks - only a 15-minute drive. We found a good deal on the room price. I've stayed at other Aloft hotels before, but this one didn't have the same fun feel. The rooms were pretty plain. There weren't any pictures on the walls, and the bathrooms didn't have doors. But the hotel's lobby was nice. It had a cool play area where we hung out a lot. Brian at the front desk was really friendly and helpful.
We had a wonderfull time. Even with the hurricane the staff was great! The hotel has a small comfy vibe to it. Much more cozy than a mega resort. Within hours the staff made a effort to become familier with the guests. Great advice for navigating Disneyworld, the local restaurants and the surrounding neighborhood. What a great experience staying here this past week. We stayed here two nights on our way back home and would definitely stay again. Everyone was super friendly anytime we walked in and out. The bathroom was perfect. The bed extremely comfortable. Anything you could ask for. Like I said, everyone was great, but Bryan (who checked us in) went above and beyond. He deserves everything good in life.
Very clean and updated. Super quiet did not hear a single noise all night. Love the modern unique decor. The room was small but plenty of space for 2 people we had 2 queen beds that were very comfortable. Easy courteous check in. There is no free breakfast and the prices were high and no microwave in room but I thought everything else was great for a one night stay.

Bryan at the front desk is exceptional at his job, he was very welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure that our week long stay was relaxing. That man deserves a raise for sure!
Rooms are okay, nothing exceptional. There is absolutely no bathroom privacy for a room with the king bedroom, so be mindful of that. Lobby area is nice, they have plenty of games along with the pool table to keep guests entertained.
The hotel offers limited shuttle service to Disney Parks (Magic Kingdom is excluded for some reason).
