Have stayed here a few times and enjoyed it. Got stuck last night at a horrible hotel nearby … and now the Aloft has been upgraded in my book.
Free parking. Feels very safe and secure. And it has a very warm and inviting vibe c staff are professional and pleasant. I travel frequently for work, and on my last trip here in November of 2023 my adult son joined me. We enjoyed relaxing at the bar sipping a custom made cocktail (kudos to the bar staff), then retired to our room with TV and locations from their cute in house store. The room was awesome - clean, sleek, spacious, well laid out. Having an early flight for me and later departure for my son, we appreciated that the bathroom was essentially behind the sleeping area, so I didn’t wake my travel companion as I got ready for an early morning flight.
Comfortable mattress. Well appointed. Updated. Professional staff …. And after my recent 1 star stay early, I will be sure to stay here, and only here. Great location. Great value.
Convenient location when I need to attend an event at the Pomona Fairplex. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and... It's a Marriott property. I have been staying at this location once a year for a few years now and it's nice to be remembered by the front desk staff. I definitely recommend the Aloft!! Bonus? During the holidays it's pretty festive, and they have some lovely snacks for sale in the lobby, as well as a bar.

2 night stay, the rooms are good, staff is excellent, the scent pumped through the hotel is so strong it's borderline offensive. Dog friendly and clean. Loved everything but the perfume, that can't be good for you. I'll stay again if the scent is gone, otherwise I'll find somewhere without the perfume.
Every time I stay at the Aloft it seems to be a water pressure issue! The shower water was cold. The toilet pressure was not good…I had to flush the toilet multiple times after use! Only one elevator was working. It was so much construction near the hotel during my stay! In the upside, The staff was very friendly and the bed was soft!

Everything at this hotel is weirdly designed and not in a good way
Check-in desk is small and in a weird spot and just doesn’t feel professional
Industrial feeling with visible piping in the lobbies and concrete ceilings in the rooms
Outside windows of the place have burned peeling film on windows that can be seen
The rooms have no carpet
Tile in bathrooms feels old and gross to step on
Cramped shower space in bathroom
No locking door in bathroom
Hallways are dark and uninviting
Elevator is in need of major maintenance it took us to the third floor and dropped us about 4 feet. Terrifying experience!
Our room also had an issue with the door and it wouldn’t automatically lock when we left
Only provided us with two towels even knowing we had a total of 3 us and charged an additional guest fee but no extra towels?? What’s with the fee then?
Also, keycard entry piece on the door kept falling off when shutting the door
Overall I would not stay here again and I honestly don’t know how they can keep their partnership with Marriott being in this state. Do not recommend.
We stayed for 5 nights while in the area to visit family. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are setup in a loft format as the name suggests. The bed was super comfortable and our room was very clean. The pool was great and we used it quite a bit. The bar and lounge does get busy after 4 so if that's your thing there many to mingle with. I would come back!
I quite enjoyed my week long trip at this hotel.
The night crew were the most helpful and friendly.
In the AM I found the employees difficult to approach and very few words of service or communication about addressing any potential customer needs.
Most restaurants - very good selection - are a mile-plus away around the mall. Among businesses and area appears safe. Great vibe in the lobby with shuffle board & bar.
