Staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful! Decked out in Christmas, even with a hot chocolate station! Dog friendly, with treats set out for them too. Short walk to deep deuce Bricktown and Paycom. Our room was clean and comfy. The only con about our stay would be the shower, water pressure, and temp fluctuating from hot and cold.
We arrived at the hotel quite late in the evening and had traveled over 800 miles and were exhausted. We were welcomed by Kim at the front desk who greeted us with the nicest smile. She was incredibly friendly, very polite and put us in a room with a nice view of the city. She was a breath of fresh air! The next morning when checking out Cola also provided us with exceptional customer service. She also was very courteous and greeted us with a big smile. We explained there was a problem with the A/C in our room and she was a great listener, very empathetic and provided us with excellent service also. Room was very clean and we would not hesitate to stay here again.
Positive: I loved how modern this hotel was! The room was stellar, clean, & beds were super comfy. Lobby, amenities, & staff were FIVE STAR! It was perfect for those visiting Oklahoma City that want to be walking distance to everything! Negative: ""
Pros: loved the room, lobby, and all the little extras set around for guests. Great location too.
Cons: shower water pressure is bad, and would get cold after only a couple minutes. It's bad enough that I may pass on a chance to stay here again which is a bummer. I do like the place.
We stayed here on our way up and down from a long road trip. Both experiences were wonderful! The hotel is very dog friendly, which we sincerely appreciated. There’s even a little dog park right around the corner. The rooms were very clean and the folks working at the front desk were very friendly. We hope to be back soon!!
This hotel is nice but needs a little more careful attention in the cleaning department. The hotel, itself, seems to be pretty well kept and I like the amenities. Though my initial room wasn’t to my liking, Kim, the front desk attendant, assisted with getting me a different room. She was so pleasant and accommodating, that it made my stay even more pleasant ☺️ She works hard and fills in when short staffed. I really enjoyed how she greeted our group in the morning with a smile and offered assistance with anything. People don’t realize how important it is to have pleasant people working in hotels. Thanks Kim!
I was greeted by Kim at the desk when I arrived last night. She was checking some one else in ahead of me. She demonstrated amazing PEOPLE SKILLS! She looked up and acknowledged me and said she’d be right w me. She made me feel genuinely cared for. She called me “sister”. She had a very gracious manner. She should be placed in a position of mentoring others. In a world where kindness and heart felt care are scarce, I am very thankful I was a recipient of that here last night. I needed it. Thank you. Place was great. Slept well. God bless all!
Been here multiple times throughout the years and have always enjoyed it. That being said this time staying here was anything but enjoyable. 6/23/24.
Upon arrival front desk was very helpful,
but that’s where the fun stopped. I was traveling with my family of 4 including a 5 month old. We take the elevator to our floor and start walking to our room and the hallway is no less than 85 degrees. After getting into our room we unpack and set the AC low since it was incredibly hot. I call the front desk and was informed to wait 30 minutes to see if it would cool down at all. We waited 15 minutes and it got 3 degrees warmer from 77-80 ????. So we had to call back and pack up our belongings and transfer rooms. We get to our new room at least the AC is on. (It never got below 74 all night). After a horrendous nights sleep we wake up and head down to the pool (one of the main reasons we made a small trip down here) and the pool was COMPLETELY covered in algae and was unbelievably murky. We sat around the pool for 5 minutes and decided it was time to leave.
Overall this hotel has gone downhill. Hopefully in the future they can get it together but until then we will be taking our family elsewhere.
