I had a wonderful stay in a suite room with a kitchen. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Had a decent stay here! Quiet area, close to shops, and easy to find. The concierge services could improve especially when booking van transfers to the airport, and communicating which lobby items (drinks/ food) had a price tag.
Not great. The hotel lobby is under construction so there are/were no services down there. My first two nights were fine, a halfway decent hotel room to sleep in, the third night though they decided it would be a good idea to put a DJ at the rooftop bar that shook the entire hotel. I didn't sleep at all and the person at the front desk was really rude about it. I wasn't on the top few floors and the room was shaking. I called Bonvoy to see if they could help and they offered me 5000 points... not a great solution. I wouldn't stay there again.
Love this place! Chris at the front desk was super cordial and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had an amazing view from the 19th floor. I was quite surprised how quiet the room was during our entire stay. Very peaceful. Thank you again!
My dad and I stayed here for about a week. The room was not clean. Random hairs that varied in length all over the room including on the bed after housekeeping supposedly cleaned the room. Got a headache every time we walked through the lobby. The Asian guy with the bangs at the front desk also made a weird homophobic comment when we checked in.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay at the aloft Hotel. I reserved a room with two beds, but upon arrival, I was given a room with only one bed. This was incredibly inconvenient for my group of 4 people. Additionally, the air conditioner in the room was broken, making the stay uncomfortable.
To make matters worse, a $500 BOSE speaker went missing from my room, and despite reporting it, the hotel has yet to "find" it. The lack of resolution on this issue has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the level of service provided.
Overall, this stay did not meet my expectations, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues promptly to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. I'M Charles everything I said it is true and true. I REALLY NEED MY BOSE SPEAKER.

I was not sure when I walked in not my usual type of Hotel...then I walked in rooms very clean and location was close to many shops, food, coffee and such. However, the top part of my four day stay was front desk Chris. He is personable, cared about our stay and always made our day when we would come in. Chris is the best part of the hotel. He goes above and beyond. Chris a messege to you. I wish every front desk had an employee as you, thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. You are a rockstar.
First night here but very impressed with this for a three star hotel. I would have guessed four stars based on the room. Room smells good, is spacious, good shower temperature and pressure, hooks in the right places, everything is tidy, and WiFi is free. Room has a safe.
