Arshad helped my roommate & I unload all of our luggage from the van, then again after bringing it up to the room. He was happy and eager to help- professional and kind ☺️|View was fun, especially hanging in the pool room at dusk. Wish there were lounger chairs or a hot tub, but still a fun and relaxing space. I’m excited to use the gym next time!
Not sure where to begin. We stayed 2 nights and were part of a wedding party. One king size bed, $500 for the two nights. We will never be back. Sure the location is great and walking distance to fun bars but your room will disgust you. Can’t figure out how to attach a photo of nastiness in the shower (we strongly believe it’s mold), there were fruit flies in the room and the sheet would not fit on the bed. No joke it was a full size sheet they were trying to make work. Our toilet was BARELY flushing and 3 other people in our group had their toilets completely stop working!!! We’re not the type of people to complain, we just deal with it, and we wouldn’t have anyways because the front desk staff wouldn’t even smile at us after we checked in. (The lady that checked us in was very kind.) No breakfast is included, and coffee that would be free at any other hotel is $3 in the lobby. Save your money on the $38/night valet parking, 1 block away is $24/night. I hope this review wraps up all our disappointments. It’s truly unbelievable, you couldn’t pay us to stay here again.
A perfect location, walking distance to Fiserv Forum and the nascent theater district. Many options for dining and drinks nearby. The staff was friendly, accommodating and helpful. Front desk staff Ken went out of his way to assist. Mr T the front door valet was gracious and gentlemanly. Will definitely stay here again when we travel to Milwaukee.

service should be, he was extremely helpful, courteous, and professional.. will definitely be coming back just because of the exquisite customer service.
Very nice room. Good size room. Comfy bed and pillows. Hotel was clean. Great view of the city and the river. Pool was nice. Awesome location, walkable to many businesses and Fiserv Forum. Vince was our valet and did a great job. Lobby had a bar, but we did not get a chance to go.
We had a great stay at the Aloft Milwaukee Downtown. It was close to the Fiserv arena where we went to see Stevie Wonder in concert. We had a great time and the best part was the walk there and back and the friendly staff. Big shout out to Vince for all the recommendations and getting us on the road safely after getting our vehicle!!
I was in town for a conference. The room itself was okay but overall not good shape for a hotel that has only been open 3 years. There was so much clutter on the desk that I didn't even have room comfortably work on my computer. The noise from the intersection was so loud that I had difficulty getting to sleep. Extremely disappointed in how parking is operated. The valet themselves were incredible and courteous and fun, but I have never been charged service fees on top of parking at a Marriott. I ended up paying $83 for two nights of parking and would have been so much better off using a local lot or garage. I have experienced parking with taxes but not with additional fees on top.
UPDATE TO MY REVIEW FROM A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO:
The hotel did not, in fact, take care of the parking violation from when my car was with their valet service and I received a ticket in the mail. Hopefully we are successful in disputing, but this is quite the hassle for something that they should have addressed.

We stayed here for a long weekend in the city for the Harley Davidson Homecoming Fest. The location was convenient - close to the freeway and near bars and restaurants. With that said, it was very noisy (although our fault for not taking advantage of the noise mitigating options offered). Also, the bed was not comfortable and the fitted sheet was definitely too small for the bed and would not stay on.
The front desk staff were all fantastic. Probably a highlight of our stay.
When we picked up our car from valet, there was a parking ticket on the car that the attendant did not see. The hotel staff assured us that they would take care of it after we brought it to the front desk, so hopefully that is the case.
Overall, this was one of the more affordable options for hotel for this weekend, but I would probably not stay here again.
