Best WLM Reviews

Quick review:-
This was an excellent location but had a bad view from my room due to construction. A little more attention to details would be appreciated.
Service:-
Took over an hour to get a replacement iron after it stained my white shirt and turned it yellow. I asked for a comp laundry service and to my surprise the Laundry Service was closed on Sundays at the hotel. I was instead directed to go down the road to a laundry mat in the area. The manager made it clear that they will not take it to be laundered for me after I asked and explained to them I was not from the area.
I then asked to be compensated so a $20.00us deduction was made from my bill. Please note that my shirt valued more than $20.00us.
Lastly, when I tried to watch TV it was not working which means that was not checked prior to arrival.
I enjoyed my stay at Aloft Miami. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is close to everything. The vibe at the hotel is casual, hip and fun. There is a happy hour every night and there is a violinist that performs.
The rooms are wonderful, especially if you get one with a balcony. If you need to work, the rooms have a nice work space. There are also spaces downstairs to work as well.
If you are looking for a casual, laid back, fun place to stay, I would recommend.
Great location, lots of good restaurants and public transportation nearby. Kelly was very friendly, professional and efficient. Delicious breakfast dandwiches made by Isa and Rose. Hotel is very nice but rooms could have been better kept, like chipped mirrors, peeling bathtub... Overall, great experience.
We booked at the Aloft Miami Brickell for a few reasons:
It’s by Marriott
It was an ideal location
It’s close to the cruise terminal
I took an Uber from MIA. It was a short 15 minute drive. Upon entering the hotel, I was greeted by the front desk. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. The is a bar in the lobby area where you can purchase food and drink items. Bottled water was complimentary. The rooms were like suites. The sitting area equipped with a couch, table and a refrigerator. There were two wall mounted tvs in both the sitting area and the bedroom. There was a walk in shower and plenty of space to put your luggage and other belongings. The balcony allowed for 90 degree views of the Brickell district. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. There is also a bus and train line a block away from the hotel. My experience at the Aloft Brickell Miami was fantastic. This was conveniently located 10 minutes from the cruise terminal. I highly recommend staying here.
Stephanie (front desk) and Frank (valet) were some of the nicest folks we met! We were jet lagged and lost and Stephanie kindly explained everything and helped us find our way. Frank was so pleasant and quick with the valet. Def 10/10 experience!
Aloft is what you get if you’re gentrifying an old building with paint and flooring, new bathrooms, throw a bunch of fun stuff in the lobby, quick access to on-the-go foods, and good service. It’s never the greatest rooms, but they are comfortable enough, in good enough locations, with decent amenities. You’re generally coming here to sleep, but want the option of some good amenities. If you’re looking to just chill at a hotel, got get one on the beach. Everyone who worked here was great. Service was excellent.
Cute hotel with boutique like vibe. Smells amazing too! Excellent customer service and the staff was very nice . There is no self serve parking so you have to do valet. I gave a 3 star since both elevators were broken and we had to walk 14 flights of stairs . First it was only one elevator working and so that was an inconvenience, then both were broke and it was terrible. When the one was working I had to wait like 5 minutes per elevator ride and since we were on the very top floor which is floor 14, on the way down it stopped at every floor and that was annoying and caused packed elevators and people being in my personal space. Rooms were good and spacious and perfect as I am
Going on my cruise and needed somewhere clean and cost effective.
Horrible area. Reserved room was not given to me. No consideration for being a points member. Dirty room. Dangerous slippery shower. Loud blaring music in lobby. Never again. I'll remain at home through hurricanes and tornadoes if this was my only choice.
