Booked this hotel for a day trip and wanted to be close by the Airport. Was checked in promptly by the Front Desk Staff and was given two bottles of water. This hotel is located next to Chipotle and Pollo Tropical. ||I was given a top floor (6th) room with a view of the city and parking lot. The room has tall ceilings and very modern styled bathroom. The bed was comfy and large. The room is spacious and clean.
Upon arrival, the service staff recognized my fatigue and kindly refrained from small talk, which was much appreciated. While a few columns near the lift were unpainted—possibly due to remodeling or intentional design—the unique interior was a refreshing change.
However, I did find the shower space to be quite cramped, and even with the door closed, water tended to spill out, creating a puddle in the bathroom area.
On a positive note, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Great location, upkeep is crazy. All carpets need to be shampooed. The rooms the hallways. Elevator is disgusting. Had to lay a towel on floor of shower to bathe. I mean the place is beyond disgusting. Now the bed is very comfortable but the managers should feel ashamed I mean hire a cleaning company. What are you waiting for?
DO NOT BOOK!!! This hotel is by far the most horrible place I have ever encountered. If you book a reservation and need to cancel it in advance. They will give you come up with a policy not on their website to take your money. I have tried to speak to the manager “Isabelle” and they claim she is in a meeting. Claire the assistant manager kept hanging up on me when I called and a guy that same he was a manager exact words were let me transfer you somewhere and then transferred me to a full mailbox. I was told they are franchise and they make up any rules that they want too. I have yet to get a call back about my refund. This hotel is a complete scam.. would not recommend, They will take your money and ignore your calls. I will fly down in person so then they can’t hang up on me
Edit review: My stay was for 11/23/25. I cancelled on 11/16/25. Please explain why this is not 24hrs in Advance??? Also you all can respond to this review but can’t return my calls or answer the phone. Thank you for confirming it’s 24hrs in advance. Because I gave you all a full week. REFUND MY MONEY!!!
My family and I stayed at the aloft this weekend and we were very impressed with Chloe’s knowledge about the hotel. She was a fantastic front desk staff member and recommended an incredible Peruvian restaurant that we enjoyed. She really makes you feel welcomed and knows how to treat a guest.
Very modern, rustic decor one bedroom. It had an exposed beam and to me, was geared toward the younger set, like Millennials forward. It had a European style shower, vanity, desk, bed and plenty of storage. I liked that the paint scheme, which was true orange and other earth tones. The bed was super comfortable and had six pillows.
My experience was not a pleasant one as the hotel was overbooked due to a wedding party/cruise. We were informed there would be transportation to and from the airport to the hotel which was absolutely terrible and wasn't provided for me and I haven't been contacted for reimbursement I also had an issue with my television that was never addressed and there's no microwave in the rooms. I will say the rooms were clean and comfortable.
I stayed at the Aloft for just one night before I headed on my cruise. I got in really early so my room wasn’t ready until about noon, which is fine. I understand that part. I will say I don’t like the Uber service. My first one had canceled on me and after coming in from a redeye straight after working, I was really tired and then while I was waiting for my room to be ready, I asked if I could wash clothes and 1 girl informed me that said she needs to check since I hadnt actually gotten in a room yet but I had already paid and then someone who believe was their manager then told me that they don’t have one and I thought that was odd because I said well why does she say she was gonna check and she said well she needs to check that there is a laundry room. She told me she was new, but don’t you do like a walk around or orientation how you don’t know where you work does not has a laundry room so that really annoying me. I also saw someone already want to talk to the manager about some issue I wasn’t too sure what was about, but it seems something about a payment. I guess finally when I get to the room, it is not the room that I reserved. It was a room with one bed when I requested two Queens so little frustrated to go back downstairs again I’ve already been up for about 12 hours to go back downstairs then get the right room me and my sister were traveling separately ,I had already asked about my sister getting a ride and they said sure. Just let us know when she’s ready. I go down there to let them know that she’s ready then they tell me oh well it’s only for to the airport and then back which I wasn’t aware of that so my sister had to get a Lyft on her own when I talk to the manager more about it she could tell I was upset and did help get me refunded for it because she didn’t realize we were not taking a uber back to the airport, I know I will not stay there again. There are several restaurants close around just be careful of crossing the street. My sister said it was pretty scary cause there were no crosswalks. Communication is just very off there
