I have provided this hotel with multiple opportunities to improve. Regrettably, the floors in the rooms remain dirty and require thorough cleaning or replacement. The sheets are often stained, and I have had to request fresh linens. As a pet-friendly establishment, the hotel accommodates animals, resulting in audible barking from adjacent rooms. The front desk staff appears to be unresponsive to guests' needs.
Dirty lobby furniture. Very minimal service, Terrible coffee in the lobby!
Do you like gas station toilet paper? That's what you get. If you stay 2 nights they won't provide room refresh. Has to ask 3 times for extra towels. How about another bottle of water... Don't expect it. Hotel on busy street, Lots of NOISE! Too expensive considering all that, won't stay again.
Great experience - love the early check in time of 3pm and late checkout time of noon. Gave me plenty of time to walk around in the morning before having to check out. Rooms were clean and kept well, felt safe, and reception was friendly. Only downside was the noisy cars at night but thats the tradeoff of staying in a downtown area - no fault of the hotel itself. Would definitely return!
Stayed here for 3 nights. Check In was quick. Room on the 5th floor. Spacious and comfortable. Gym in the lower level was big and adequate. Location of the hotel is great. A 3-5 min walk to the convention center where i was attending a conference. Safe downtown area with tons of restaurants nearby. The pantry was well stocked to buy stuff. The breakfast is a bit of a let down. I usually bought bottled protein shakes or Greek yogurt which are fine. But one morning i tried their breakfast burrito and it was greasy and bad. The bar and restaurant is great,. The bartender is fun and made a great dark manhattan.
Excellent location, excellent service, and a fantastic price. Depending on the room, you can choose an upgrade that will include up to two breakfasts and parking. This is a fantastic deal because it more than pays for itself. This is a "pay money to save money" deal. Enjoy!
Location Location location. The hotel is located downtown with ample food and entertainment options within a short distance. Lobby has plenty of games and seating with a nice bar/restaurant. Staff are helpful and friendly. Rooms are average and being on lower floors can be very noisy. Valet parking is expensive but well worth it.
Location is excellent on Whiskey Row, easy walk to multiple restaurants, bars and distilleries. Beautiful, modern lobby and lobby bar. Easy check in, valet service was great.
Front deak never acknowledged when turning in keys at checkout and mumbled something when requested valet at checkout. odd fellow
Room 501 was a unique setup, very clean, lots of space but small bath/shower. Ice machine only in lower level. I would stay again if in Louisville
