Nice Clean rooms. The sheets were very soft and felt like a good thread count. Front desk worker was friendly. We were in a room almost on the road, yes it was loud but it didn't bother us the fan from the AC unit easily covers it up. We were only here for a night, but it was a good stay.
Everyone is so nice and friendly joclyn was super friendly and had a very positive attitude. The beds are extremely comfortable tvs are HUGE . The rooms are extremely cozy and makes you feel like at home. Love staying here. I haven never had a bad experience
Stayed here on the weekend earlier in November. Most Alofts I sleep really well at. The beds are comfortable and the blinds they use block out most of the sunlight in the morning. This hotel is no different in that regard, although the blinds were messed up and needed to be either recalibrated or replaced. When I checked in I requested a room away from the highway for obvious reasons. I was told there weren't any rooms available that faced the opposite direction of the highway. I don't think it would have mattered anyway as I was placed towards the back of the hotel facing the Tru by Hilton hotel across the parking lot. Needless to say no amount of white noise or turning the air conditioner on fan all night alleviated the wonderful sounds of jake brakes and aging mufflers driving on the lovely highway. This is a fairly new hotel, one would have thought at the time of construction that this property would've considered extra sound proofing to ensure guests' satisfaction with their stay, but of course the folks in corporate probably could care less which is why the hotel was built without it. Never do the breakfast at Alofts as it is just overpriced microwaved food. Service at the bar was average and as other guests have indicated the staff seems to be mailing it in and wanting to close asap. Do not get a draught beer here as they do not clean the taps. The two that I had did not taste like they should nor did they have a nice head on the pour. Not great selection either as I order two different kinds initially only to be told "we're out". Was there for work and would never spend my own dime on a place like this. Just down the parking lot is a nice homeless encampment from an abandoned Krystal burger location, so that's also fun.
Spacious rooms and comfy beds! Adina in the refuel kitchen was a gem, very kind and generous! The only knock was the bar could stay open longer and the bar staff seemed to not want to assist when closing time neared.||Minor issue but overall great spot!
Clean, easy clean on off freeway. Saw trailers and larger trucks safely parked. Nice bar and fun lobby. Rooms were clean, fresh and showed no signs of wear. Close to TONS of restaurants and retail. (Turkey Creek)
Conveniently located outside of Knoxville, this hotel is very modern, clean, and accommodating. They have a pool table and games as you enter, which my kiddos loved. They don’t serve breakfast, but have free coffee in the AM and have an area with lots of drink and snack option for purchase. Staff was extremely nice.
The hotel was pretty clean and very presentable. I enjoyed my stay. I even got to play pool in the lobby with family. Housekeepers were great. Justy and Sihter were such nice housekeepers. The location of the hotel is conveniently placed around tons of stores.
Hubby and I were visiting the Knoxville area and decided to stay at aloft. Check-in was a breeze, the lobby area was very clean and lively. The room was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and cool temperature wise. The AC unit worked amazingly. I would definitely stay in an aloft Marriott property again.
