Great room that was clean, comfortable, and modern. The staff at the front desk were all very kind, friendly, and helpful. It’s a cool, modern hotel, that has a few different activities available in the lobby/first floor area. The shower was very modern and comfortable, the sink and bathroom also had plenty of space, there were tables, benches, and furniture, for luggage and clothing, the bed was also comfortable, and the television was also good. Didn’t really get to see anything nearby within walking distance, it seems quiet with different buildings; but there are plazas with stores and fast food options close by in a quick drive. Very happy with my time and stay.
Its hard to describe what we like best about this spot. The answer is all of it. Very beautiful setting, very comfortable, safe, and quiet place. Large room, nice layout with an amazing view of the park. The breakfast restaurant serves good food and the snack bar is great too. Hospitality at the front desk is always top notch... they had all requests handled quickly and with a smile. Director of Sales Jay was absolutely incredible. When we decided to stay an additional week, he made sure we could stay in the same room, and helped us stay at the same rate. Hotel is very pet friendly! Our dog Cocoa had a blast. She loved all the treats and especially her dog bed. Everything about this hotel is awesome. But it's the people that make the stay! Thank you again!
I enjoyed staying at this location because, the room was very clean as well as the rest of the hotel and it was quiet so I can sleep. The bed was super comfy and there is a TV that streams. House keeping was great, they kept my room stock during my 3 nights, there was a night housekeeper who did amazing, he came and fixed my TV when I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working, saved my night so I can watch Youtube. Front desk did great on checking me in and extending my stay when needed.
I had an amazing experience at this hotel while traveling for business. The manager and hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. I thought I lost my phone on my check out day and they helped me look for it and made sure I found it. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family!
My wife and I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect for exploring the area, whether you're shopping, dining, or taking a stroll in the nearby park. The staff were always helpful, friendly, and polite whenever we needed assistance.||Our outbound flight was scheduled for late afternoon, so we requested a late check-out, though we weren't expecting much. However, Jay went above and beyond to accommodate our request and graciously allowed us a late check-out at no extra cost and gave us tips on places to visit in the area. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future.
Exceptional service in every way. They anticipated all my needs, leaving me wanting for nothing! The team was outstanding, and their attention to detail was unmatched. Jay went above and beyond, checking in at every opportunity to ensure everything exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely consider A-loft for any future events!!
The rooms were new and clean, but there was only decaf coffee available, no regular coffee. When I arrived in the evening, the service was excellent. However, the night shift coverage was not helpful, and I found the staff to be fairly rude when I asked for coffee. The atmosphere was nice, but everything seemed a little overpriced. I would recommend it, but I might try a different place next time.
THE HOT WATER IS BACK Y'ALL! I know some of the poor reviews mention a lack of hot water (I was reluctant too), but this is no longer an issue. I stayed here for 25 days, showering at all times of the day, and NOT ONCE did I ever experience a lack of hot water. Now, if you're still reading, this hotel is absolutely fantastic. The customer service is TOP NOTCH- like honestly, the best. I was in town for a job and these guys didn't skip a beat to make sure I was comfortable. I had a fridge and they had a microwave sent to my room- if you need it, just ask. The place has a pool, an excellent gym and loads of free parking. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The lobby is gorgeous. The bar was perfect. The hot breakfast/grab and go food was tasty and convenient. It's steps away from Whole Foods and Starbucks. Centrally located to many corporate headquarters. There's even a nice outdoor mall right down the street. Not to mention, a beautiful park and hiking trails right outside the door. Also, for the price, it absolutely can't be beat. I toured several other hotels during my stay and moved from the one I was staying at, to this one- and couldn't have been happier.
