Loved staying here. Very close to upscale shopping area. The bed was so comfortable. I had to leave early to get back on the road. It was so so hard to drag myself out of that bed.
We had to evacuate from a wildfire and just picked this hotel for it's location and it's availability. I had 2 rooms for 3 adults and 2 little kids.
The staff was so helpful and kind and gave us a late check out so the 2 year old could nap.
Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
Thank you Brandon for all your help! Your kindness was much needed with everything we were dealing with.
Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back.
Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff are welcoming, friendly, and helpful to answer any questions you have. We stayed 6 nights family of 4 with 2 rooms! The pool and hot tub were nice! Great location very close to shopping and restaurants! Took one star away as our key cards kept deactivating and had to get those fixed a few times. Overall, nothing super negative to say.
During my lengthy stay, I came in contact with the front desk, bartenders, cleaning staff, and I even spoke with your Marketing manager Gwen. Every one of them deserves recognition for their professionalism and genuine kindness and willingness to help. I received a friendly reception every time I came through the front door to every morning when I left. They gave me great recommendations on places to eat and things to do while not at work. Any small request such as extra hangers they would immediately address. I look forward to returning to this hotel in September and will do my best to book Aloft hotels wherever else I may travel in the future. I don't want to sound like an ad, but this is the only way to put into words my feeling towards Aloft North Westminster. My only recommendation would be larger bath towels for the rooms.
Rooms are small. Reception is often not present, waiting for them to appear. Not that friendly either. Room wasn’t cleaned, they just came in a replaced some coffee pods - did not make beds. Soaps in showers empty. Requested an iron and board - board is torn up, so gross. And the worst of it… they have the thermostat on program… set to 82°!!! 3 times through out the night it reset to 82°…. Sweating, we’d have to get up and lower the temperature!! Horrible!!
This place is beyond this world more than a hotel you walk into a fashion show with a art exhibit. The customer service is beyond words and the rooms are absolutely thought in detail in every little part of the room. This place is worth way more than they charge in my eyes. Thank you souch Aloft for welcoming me and giving me a beautiful hotel experience unlike any other hotel I have ever been to.
Overall, it was a very nice place. Clean rooms, modern, and up to date.. however, the bigg down fall was the first night I was there. I ordered food and it took 2 hours to get it... The whole menu is bar food, ment to be fast and easy. Fries were not cooked completely, and the wings were soggy..
Perfect spot! If you need a hotel that’s close to some stores, not too far from the city, but still enough to get to the mountains and everywhere with a short commute, this is for you.
The staff here was so friendly and accommodating. We had a long drive and since our room was ready they allowed us an early check in and helped us with our bags. They have an outdoor pool, a bar in the lobby that gets pretty popular, and cute aesthetic all around.
The room is cute and nice bright colors with lots of room. The beds are the most comfortable and very fresh feeling. This hotel has everything you need right within it. Also there is a lifetime fitness across the parking lot so you can always go there if a member.
Can’t say enough great things about this place.
