I loved my stay here mainly because of the staff! I was greeted every day by Marcus who was such sunshine to the dreary weather greeting my stay. Over the weekend, I had Diamond and another person who was fabulous and helped me find my way around the city too.
The rooms however, were tiny! I was a little surprised but I’m glad that the bed was comfy :)
Room was huge, much bigger than other Alofts I have stayed at. Only complaint with the room is they were pretty loud. Could hear the hustle and bustle both inside and outside of the hotel very clearly. Staff was accommodating, but very limited parking which they greatly over charge for.
Recommend driving .4 away to the westin and parking there for $8 overnight compared to their $80 overnight parking for guests with large SUV or trucks.
Great location.
I had an excellent experience with the valet at the aloft hotel, and I want to acknowledge Malek, the valet manager. Malek was incredibly patient and professional, helping us resolve an issue with our vehicle. Throughout the process, he remained calm, courteous, and we were able to resovle the issue. I also want to mention Pete, who was very attentive and ensured we were taken care of.|There was also a valet woman, I failed to get her name, but she also was most professional and I was very impressed. Their exceptional customer service really stood out.
My friend and I stayed here this week and we had a very pleasant stay. Our room was very clean, the amenities are great, and our service from Markus was exceptional. He is so personable and kind. He really made our stay really amazing. I really hope management recognizes Markus’s customer service abilities. All the valet workers were kind and helpful as well.
This was one of my favorite hotels I've ever stayed at.
Every single person working at Aloft was awesome, friendly, provided superb customer service, and really made me feel welcome. I cannot say enough good things about everyone--the valet, the front desk, the housekeeping--all the absolute best.
The room was nicely-sized, very clean, modern, and comfortable. They provide a large carafe for water, which can be filled in the lobby 24/7 with great filtered water. Anyone coming from lower altitudes knows that drinking lots of water is a must, so this was a wonderful perk. I loved the option to sign into my own streaming services on the TV.
I was there for a conference, so the location couldn't have been better -- it was just down the block and very convenient.

Hotel had a great staff! Jasmine made delicious drinks at the bar. Kyvae went out of his way to assist us at valet. Both gentlemen at the front desk always greeted us as we came & left. Hotel has a great location where everything needed was a walking distance away.
Super cool that you can do tips and pay for everything utilizing the app. It is a lot cleaner compared to having it on your hotel bill. I really like this service, my first time using it, would highly recommend. Lauren and Padiet were fantastic and really excel at customer service.
The hotel was clean, great location, wonderful rooms, but above all else: Alexa, the manager went sooooo above and beyond for me! My battery had died overnight and I had a very important work meeting to be at. After 2 ubers cancelled the ride, Alexa personally drove me, helped with bags, helped make sure the mechanic could replace the battery in a safe space, and kept me in the loop with the best communication all day so that I didn’t miss a beat with my meetings. Truly above and beyond experience and help. I will consciously choose this hotel over others moving forward because of Alexa and her team.
