First time staying at this hotel. We had friends with us, and each room was slightly different, which was cool. The elevator was a bit slow. We were on the 9th floor, and we had a nice view! In room safe and fridge. Comfy bed and pillows were good! The one negative was the bathroom lighting. It's not the greatest and the carpet. It's very worn and dirty. Trendy vibe overall.
I just wanted to say thank you for being so accommodating after I lost my wallet and ID while staying here. Justin and Josie were so helpful and the rest of the staff were great about extending my stay so I could get my passport sent to me. It's a really cool and laid back space with a great foyer and bar area. Rooms are well furnished and simplistic (which I like). The old warehouse vibe is incorporated well into its current configuration without being dated. This is my third stay at this Aloft Dallas and I will continue to stay here when I am in town. Thanks Aloft Dallas.
I come here for a conference or personal travel once or twice a year. I like the Aloft brand and this is a good example. Great lobby bar with lots of seating options. Front desk staff is helpful for quick check-ins. The rooms are oddly shaped because of the reuse of an older building but they are functional and nice. Definitely a good choice for a stay in Downtown Dallas.
My husband and I and some friends stayed here while we were in town. The rooms are insanely spacious (some wasted space but doesn't bother us). The bed and pillows are so soft. Vanity in the bathroom is a little small for a king bedroom. The only complain that we have is that when we booked over the phone through the central reservation system, they didn't give us a breakdown of the nightly rate and we didn't realize that our last night's rate is insane at $499. We opened a case and hopefully it's resolved soon.
Great hotel with an artsy, contemporary vibe, located within easy walking distance of the convention center. Rooms were clean, spacious and laid out well. Hotel was quiet at night and easy to get a good night's rest.
One star taken off on the service because the person checking me in to the hotel refused to call regarding my company's corporate account, which had already completely covered hotel costs. He insisted he couldn't give me my room unless I provided a credit card. Someone from my company had to go over to the hotel and talk to them to get things straightened out.
Such a lovely, cozy, and clean hotel! Perfect for a quick stay in Dallas. The staff is extremely nice and accommodating. I was able to check in early which saved me a lot of stress. Austin at the front desk was helpful and friendly!!!
10/10 front seat staff was so polite and friendly! The room was gorgeous and the bartender was hilarious and the drinks are very moderately priced. It’s walking distance to a lot and with many other people outside walking i felt safe walking around the area at midnight to get some tacos from Twisted Trompo.
A cute hotel downtown that puts an emphasis on design!
The service here was great and they also have some cool amenities but the best feature by far is its location: it’s within walking distance of the convention center and anything you’d like to do or eat downtown.
They are also dog friendly if you’d like to travel with your furry companions!
