We stayed here on a weekend. The location is very convenient and close to many places in the Bay Area. The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff were super friendly, and especially, their guest Service Supervisor, Asia was extremely nice and courteous. We will definitely be back to this place on our next visit to the Bay area. Especial thanks to Miss Asia Robinson.
The hotel is nice and cleanly designed. But it has one big issue: windows have no curtains. Only blinds that can darken the room completely. So you have to choose whether you want some light or some privacy. Can’t have both.
I was visiting family but the hotel was obviously designed for guests younger than me. Has free yoga once a week gym, heated pool, bar and pool table. 1 free glass of wine during specific hours and free popcorn. Parking garage for guests. Limited TV channels.
Good hotel for business trip. Decent sized and we’ll maintained rooms. Bit noisy, though. There is a waste processing site nearby and every single day, weekends included, at 5.30 am something takes place that is quite noisy. I was awakened every day and I am not a light sleeper
I am pretty sure that I left one totally new Chanel facial cream at this hotel. However, the manager said they did not find it but they can give me 6000 points as reimbursement. I told them that this cream worth far more than 6000 points. Till now, nobody contacts me again. I did not receive any further responses or reimbursement! Is this your service quality?
The Aloft Cupertino is a nice place to stay. It’s a bit of a walk to go places; however, walks can be enjoyable especially on a beautiful sunny day. Having a rental is a must though if you are not in the area. No continental breakfast included even though they do serve breakfast which is extremely pricey.
Love this hotel, my hubby and I have stayed in many locations. The rooms were spacious, clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom was updated, free parking and wifi.
Bar and outdoor patio were very cozy. Great for that happy hour beverage or nighttime hangout.
Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were modern and comfortable; not quite posh, but very nice for the price. Compared to a number of other hotels nearby, the location was quiet and not adjacent the highway. Not within walking distance to many things, but no problem.
The bar and game area were inviting. Lots of space to meet & eat. Safe, off-street parking. The only thing that could have made it better was good coffee and a free muffin.
