When we checked in we were greeted by Jennifer, the General Manager who was so pleasant and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. She happily welcomed our dog with treats and a bandana. The hotel is filled with many interesting and modern places to convene with your family/ group. The parking is covered and secure. The rooms are clean and modern with lots of space for everything we brought with us. The location is in the heart of the Vista so walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. We booked our next stay before leaving. Definitely our new destination in Columbia!
So great service.
I was not a big fan of the rooms coming from a perspective of having a 4 person family staying in one room.
Wall sliding door for bathroom did not like that.
Didn't have fan for bathroom so I would say small amount of privacy available for multiple occupants.
Did like the syle / decor of room.
Breakfast very minimal but delicious waffles.
Rooms were not as big as if expect but they did upgrade us, which was a very nice gesture.
Great location with parking garage around the corner and valet services available.
They have pool table, nice looking bar, and outdoor patio area.
Honestly I would not come back here if my family is with me, would be nice for one person though.
There was a large group of us there for a conference. Unfortunately due to a weather emergency (Hurricane Helene) there was some reorganizing and stay extensions needed, bill adjustments etc but everything was handled accordingly. My experience with the staff was great and they were very kind and accommodating. Special thanks to Danette at the front desk, and Rachel at the bar. The hotel was clean and fortunately we kept internet and power the entire time. My car was safe from flood and debris on the 3rd floor of the parking garage, and valet was amazing. The location is perfect and very walkable. Everyone kept a great attitude and i am very grateful. I would love to stay there again if I ever went back.
Positive: The hotel was nice and was in walking distance to the place we wanted to go. The lady at the front desk was super nice and even gave me a bag of treats for my dog! The room was spacious and clean. And the lounge area downstairs was welcoming. Negative: ""
Polite and professional staff that was very accommodating to us as Helene refugees. Clean, well appointed room with plenty of space and comfortable bed. In room coffee is surprisingly good and more brewed available in the lobby. If we need a place to stay in Columbia, this will be the first place we call.
I have stayed in a lot of hotels for work but I think this was my favorite by far your had Ms. India at the first desk being super helpful and quick to resolve any issues. You have an amazing bartender Ms. Cookie went out of her way to help people feel special not just drunk lol. I watched her try to find things to help celebrate another guest birthday. And lastly your valet team was awesome very attentive respectful and courteous. All around a phenomenal hotel stay thank you for taking care of me and my team. Plus the patio lounge was a great places to relax and get creative.
Rooms were modern but still had some wear and tear along with odd layout choices. The fridge is under the bathroom sink and the outlets on the desk were worn to the point of being unusable. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
If pets are allowed, why not ask the owners of the pets to be mindful that their pets are not pooping in front of the building. A guy with two poodles just let his pets take a dump in front of the building, and he didn't even bother to clean up. No one wants to step in that.
